BY FAR the worst company

I have been working with hosting companies since 1999 and this is BY FAR the worst company I have ever used. If you want SELF SERVICE or NO SERVICE use them. Working with them was like getting a root canal without anesthesia.

Z.com is highly recommended for small businesses and beginner business owner

Asked about hosting services, cPanel concerns

First time getting a hosting service from z.com for a domain I purchased from them years ago. Their chat support is limited as per hours but works when needed. As a new hosting service client I had my concerns regarding cPanel migration and the like. Appreciating Veronica for providing me information I needed and extending help where she can. Keep it up.
