Unsatisfying delivery and quality of products
The delivery person just left our order behind the entrance room while they must have delivered inside the entrance room in the ground floor according to our contract. Plus the quality of design for our order was not according to what we expect with their price and we had some difficulties in assembling the ordered items.

One of the pieces arrived broken
One of the pieces arrived broken. We emailed immediately and we still have not heard back, this is after waiting three weeks to get the items delivered.
EDIT: After posting this and being told that we would be contacted, we still had to call. We were asked to go to the store to get a new piece (otherwise we would have to wait again for it to be delivered). When we got to the store, we were sent to the warehouse, even though by sms we had been told to collect at the checkout in store. All in all, an absolute joke.
