Employees are not very helpful and they don’t know the organization and the system of the store.
All the things are with good quality im very satisfied with what i bought and i really liked the idea that they offer you a van to transport big items you just bought like a couch or table.
But the employees there were not very helpful and the employee that works in the second floor for example doesn’t know how it works in the other floors.
If you asked them a question about a thing in another floor they just don’t answer saying i don’t know or they will answer you with wrong information just like what happened with me. Plus if you want to buy something you have to paying according to the floor for example you can’t take something from the first floor and pay for it with another thing that you took from the second floor!
In addition the woman at the kassa in the second floor ( which seemed to be the manager) she doesn’t know things outside her desk first she rented me a van with manual transmission even though my license was with automatic transmission and she didn’t bother to ask me in the first place i thought she can read that my license is only with automatic transmission. Second i asked her about the pickup point and why do i have to go in to two pickup points ( the second pick up point is located far from the first one) what will i get from each pickup point? and she just answered me with coldness “ sorry everything outside the store i can not help you with it” ! So buying stuff is a little bit complicated at this store.
What really helped me in this situation are the employees that work in the pickup point they helped me with the van and they had to wait for me 30 minutes after the working hours has done so big thanks for them.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. They did not put the furnitures in right order and also not in right room. The instruction of wardrobes is very poor, no way a general person can assemble it in first go. Not proper holes and even missing holes in pieces. Not an experience I expected from Weba. I would appreciate if someone can come and assemble the wardrobe considering the poor instruction and missing things.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Since you paid for a Plus delivery, all furniture should have been placed in the correct room. We will certainly pass this on to the relevant department.
If you experience issues with your panels, such as incorrect pre-drilled holes, please inform us via service@weba-gent.be, and we will do our best to provide you with new panels.
