Their system is complicated, their blog layout sucks, and they circle jerk 6 steps to get something to post is ridiculous. They ONLY have an integration to Stripe, so forget any industries that Strip... See more

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, can’t get website up and running using their platform. Stupidly paid for a year rather than months, big mistake!!!
They now have our money and can’t ever speak or get a reply from anyone to solve any issues,
Big mistake by us, DONT make the same mistake.
Avoid at all costs
Webflow is fairly powerful but business ethics dodgy
Webflow is fairly powerful but I have never encountered such a cumbersome and unfriendly user interface.
My biggest issue is that I wanted to cancel my annual subscription (with 9 months left) but they do not allow you to cancel autorenew AND continue until your current subscription runs out. And neither do they allow you to remove your card details.
So, unless you remember yourself to cancel your subscription just before the end, THEY WILL AUTO RENEW
1 Star All Around - Abysmal Support and Value
Absolute worst support you can imagine. They claim to have live chat support, but ONLY offer AI support thru it, otherwise you open a ticket. Going on day 3 (editing to say 14 days now) with no response or follow up to the last ticket.
The editor they use is clunky and complicated as hell, not something that can be easily picked up on by someone that isn't familiar with other CMS's (thankfully I am, and managed to figure it out) but the fact their claim to fame is making the web easier gets a great chuckle out of me and I'm certain other web developers as well.
Their website consistently errors out with 504s forcing constant reloads, and they do everything they can to squeeze as much money out of you as possible.
In my opinion, this service is only good for buying pre-made templates that can be easily edited, otherwise the money spent vs value received isn't worth it.
Where do I even start...
Where do I even start...
As a marketer of 11 years, Webflow is by far the most expensive, un-user-friendly piece of garbage I have ever used with awful sales reps.
Unless you are very experienced with code and script, do not get Webflow - and even then... I still wouldn't recommend it.
I can tell you with certainty that in almost all cases you are better off just using WordPress, Wix or Shopify to save yourself the money and the pain.
Oh and if you want more than two people designing on the website at the same time, that's a minimum of $35,000 per annum regardless of the size of your business - it genuinely feels bonkers to even type that and the reps even felt embarrassed saying it.
Awful experience. Can't wait to leave.
Can't login and can't join the team
Absolute nightmare. A friend of mine built a simple landing page on Webflow and asked me to help her connect a custom domain. Should’ve been a quick favor - but no. First, I can’t even log in with her credentials. Resetting the password doesn’t work, and the login screen just keeps glitching.
Then we tried the “team” approach - she invited me to collaborate. Guess what? Webflow wants BOTH of us to pay just so I can help her fix a basic setup issue. What kind of logic is that? I’m not even trying to build anything myself - just lending a hand.
This platform is hostile to collaboration and clearly designed to squeeze money out of users at every step. It’s overly complex, clunky, and way too greedy.
I don’t recommend Webflow to anyone. Stay away.
The plan policy is basically a scam
The templating system is amazing and…
The templating system is amazing and the growing webflow community is a plus. recommend for anyone looking for efficient no-code/low-code solution!
THE WORST CMS
I bought a template for 49$ but I can't use it because I can't login, I have tried to contact the customer service but none reply.
THE WORST CMS EVER!
Avoid webflow
Take notice of the reviews here!
There is a constant feature creep towards higher tiers; your small website quickly becomes expensive!
The licensing model is hard to understand; I would even consider intentionally making it hard to understand, as this company's greed has no limits. When I claimed a refund, instead of refunding the amount to my card, they kept it as a balance on their account. This should be an option that I should decide. Greed.
Their support... is nonexistent! Paying premium and getting email support after a few days is not good enough! The "AI" support is not AI; it is "Stupid" support.
Take note of all the 1 star reviews
Take note of all the 1 star reviews. Use Wix, Carrd, Wrodpress etc. Furiously irritating and no support

Teaches me right learning and investing in saas and they changed all prices and T&C wity draconian and damaging effects on my customers! Moving on! Ghastly company sho disrespected a huge community of creatives and it teaches us all saas is not the answer
I just got an email about them enforcing bandwidth rules so all my customers are moved free of charge on framer
One of the top ten website builders…
One of the top ten website builders with good templates. Recommend Torch template, which is free, nevertheless the customization for the site is too complex. Competitors sites use blocks, and it isn't the perfect solution too. Didn't purchase anything, all free. Not recommending Webflow if the user site has to be built on-the-fly.
Avoid Annual Billing
Had a very negative experience with Webflow (ticket 804607). In short, do not do annual billing. They do not do partial credit or prorated refunds should a client have a bad experience or otherwise need to cancel. Including if a renewal is unauthorized or accidental when managing multiple accounts. Poor customer service with boilerplate responses.
Avoid at all costs
It would be amazing if the website ever loaded, but you will spend all your time waiting on the dashboard to load only for it to fail 99% of the time.
Avoid at all costs.

If there was a NEGATIVE 1,000 stars…
If there was a NEGATIVE 1,000 stars that is what I would give this service. I spent almost $80 for a useless template that was beyond clunky. They owe me money for my lost brain cells. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM ETHER. This company should be illegal.
Using Webflow past 3 years
Using Webflow past 3 years, I really like this service, but I had a lot of situations where bugs destroy my work, sometimes they didn't save information, and recently I noticed a lot of bugs with loading content... this is why 4 stars.

I've been usigg webflow on and off for 4 years now, every now and then when there is a project and startup idea to validate.
I HAVE ALWAYS ENDED UP BEING FRUSTRATED WITH THIS WEBSITE BUILDER. THE THING IS SO BUGGY THAT I HAVE NO CLUE HOW PEOPLE CAN WORK WITH THIS PLATFORM.
I bought a template today for $50
I bought a template today for $50. Then I found out I needed a plan to connect a custom domain, so I paid an additional $35. After that, I was told I needed to add a custom seat for my colleague, which cost another $35.
AND I STILL CAN'T ADD MY COLLEAGUE TO EDIT THE TEMPLATE!
It still says "1 of 1 seats" and asks me to keep buying more!
I couldn't find a way to contact support! I hate ticketing systems because there's no way to get a timely response, if you even get one at all.
I went to the refund page, and every time I pasted a fresh invoice ID, I got an error saying "Required."
I’ve spent $130 and still can't add my colleague to edit the site. Instead of getting work done, I've just wasted money for nothing.
Webflow "scare tactics"
I've been using Webflow for 4 years. I have a legacy annual plan that was auto-paid for in April 2024. Webflow sent me a random email one day trying to force me to upgrade my account due to "bandwidth usage" at 100 GB. They said my plan only covers 50 GB. I double-checked my plan and found out I had a 200 GB limit with 6 months left on my contract. They said that doesn't matter and I would still be forced to pay more if this repeats two months in a row. I downgraded my plan to free, removed my credit card info, and moved my site to a different platform. Upon requesting a refund given the circumstances, they said it's not covered in their Refund Policy.
