Always good service.

All the boys are now like friends who help out with problems. Good manners and not patronising. I have stayed with this company almost since its inception - when all of us were mere youngsters! A bit more expensive but they make you feel like a valued customer, not a clown in a queue.

Extremely helpful. Highly recommended. I will use them again.

My brother, sister and niece needed internet access without a long-term contract and without access to broadband. They were visiting from Australia due to a family emergency and were finding using pay-as-you-go extremely expensive.
I vaguely knew about internet access using mobile phone signal that was no contract and was for short term use. I found out about WebMate and contacted them via email. They got back to me really quickly, I filled out the forms and the equipment was for delivered 2 days later.
Set up was very easy, internet access as good if not better than broadband.
WebMate were helpful throughout the period we needed their equipment, regular emails to make sure we were satisfied.
I will definitely use WebMate again. I can see it being very useful on holiday etc. I highly recommend their services.

Recommended company

I've been with webmate for several years and can't fault them. They've helped me out with a few instances from PHP, to SSL and I moved my domain to them from another company. Easy to get help and support and very responsive in a timely manner.

I've used this company for years, actually possibly now decades. They're brilliant, always helpful on the rare occasion when something goes wrong. I really value the personal service you get compared to the soulless large tech companies.

Excellent service

I recently used their "Jumpstart" service. From start to finish the contact I had with the company both by phone and email was helpful, informative and professional. I was amazed what good value the service provided and only wish I'd taken advantage of it sooner. My new revamped website now rests with their Webbuilder programme for me to update when necessary and so far seems to be intuitive and easy to use.

Brilliant Service

Brilliant Service! So happy that I took the plunge with your 4G Router (O2). Not only have I got the fastest downloads (by far) that I ever had in our semi-rural location but also the WiFi reaches every room in our 5 bedroom house with ease.

You're a bit quiet about your SIP Trunk…

You're a bit quiet about your SIP Trunk setup charges until I get to the cart!!

EDIT: Company have replied and changed their page so I have increased my rating. Well done, nice to actually see some action come from a review, and I applaud you for that. I can see the setup fee now listed on the site and it doesn't feel like it's hidden. Only downside now that the SIP Trunks, to my understanding, only allow 1 call at time.
