Excellent experience updating my iWeb website
I am most grateful for the support I received from the WebMate Support Team. My site, hosted by WebMate for about 8 years, was originally developed on the iWeb software which sadly is no longer supported by Apple. The team gave me excellent advice on ways to get around the issues with the almost obsolete iWeb, but in the end I used their Jumpstart service, where they transferred my site to their more robust software. They also provided advice - effectively teaching me how to use the software to make changes and update the site. So many times they got back to me promptly (even with an 8 hour time difference), with clear instructions and even screen grabs to show exactly what I needed to do. Dealing with them so closely over the last month or two, I realise they’re a top company and I wholeheartedly recommend WebMate for hosting and professional support.

Does what is says on the tin. Ordered a 4G temporary router - it arrived NEXT DAY. And it worked without any issues. After a month we had an issue (which turned out to be with the local 4G mast - not the product) and contacted customer support. Received a helpful response from a real person within an hour - even at 7pm.

BT line down
BT line down, so no landline phones or broadband. Contacted tech support Friday morning. Openreach contact mid-afternoon, found line fault at local sub-station, back online before 5pm! Haven't needed Tech support for a while. As ever; consistently prompt, helpful and reassuring. That's why I constantly recommend.

Best value sip trunk and hosted 3cx
Have used a managed 3cx with another company previously. purchased sip trunks from them and ported a number over and needed to integrate the trunk with freshworks crm. They answered all integration questions promptly before purchase. Their support ticket responses are great.

Over several years I have found WebMate reliable and very helpful. When I have contacted their support people, Pete, Charlie and Lewis, they have been absolutely great.

Having tried and failed with other suppliers (hours on web chat to no avail) Webmate is easy to access, reasonably priced and has great support; people on the end of the phone who understand that not everyone is IT literate. A great solution for intermittent need for WiFi with no landline.

Whilst their broadband pricing is comparable to other ISP's Webmate's customer service is incomparable & second to none.
I have never regretted switching to them from another, far larger, ISP for all my broadband and web hosting needs.
