Broker does not uphold their satisfaction guarantee, your best off paying slightly more and getting a RDP from somewhere else not based in india. Support is terrible they don't asnwer the phones. Live chat is always offline.

Illegitimate service provider.
World Class buster service provider in the world. I bought a service but the delivered after 3 days. But when it was shown problem I have submitted a ticket for support, They replay after 2days and didn't solved my problem. Only they said that "sorry". last time they didn't refund me. Its a illegitimate /base/adulterate company.
So I request to the world don't purchase any service from Web Pundit.

I contacted you through facebook, and created support tickets and online support of the website. But you did not answer my support ticket and locked my IP address. I can not access the website so I have requested a refund of my paypal.
I no longer trust your service, and your business does not respect the customer.

We replied you on facebook, we can't find your ticket created on website. Your IP was locked after your created the paypal dispute before contacting us. All orders till date are delivered, sometimes due to unavailability of staff, orders are delayed, but if it is, they get an extension for sure.

Rdp subscription review
I paid for their rdp monthly subscription and for more than 48 hours, I got nothing, I still don't have anything at the time of writing this review, I mailed them several times and I got no response. I could have burned my money, at least I would have gotten warmth in exchange.

Reliable, fast, cheap, good customer service -- amazing!
At first I really doubted their company since the domain was .in, so I tried another, but it turned out to be a scam, so I went back and tried their service. I was surprised to see many useful software pre-installed, and how fast the RDP was compared to the previous one I used. Their customer service is fast & responsive and I hope it stays that way in the future.
Plus, they offer a 10% lifetime discount for all customers! How cool is that?
