Confusing platform with unnecessary restrictions on placing trades ie tp sl; asks for something to be done prior to place ie must select extended hours, but that option is not available on the trade. After trying it for a month and wasting so much time, Im totally fed up with this platform and am transferring to a different one.

Emergency. I need to reach them ASAP. There phone call system is a scam. If anything it will get in trouble with time to even give an hour or two to try.

Terrible, sat in a call for 17 minutes no response

Customer support has not addressed the issues. The request i submitted has been repeatedly rejected without a clear reason provided Z𝒾nens𝒾s investment. Worthy of remarkable.

I’ve been using Webull for a few months, but moving money in and out of my account has been a nightmare. Transfers take ages, and every time I reach out to customer support it feels like I’s talking to a wall. Very frustrating and not what I expected.

Their simulator is totally worthless! Like test driving a car with no wheels. Hotkeys don't work, very slow execution speed. It's a shame. I would have joined this platform a year ago if they had a real simulator.

The only good thing about webull Canada has been their aggressive transfer promotions for nee customers. That's it

Cons:
-not zero commission (there's 5 competitors that are)
-mandary annual fee(other brokers don't charge a fee if a minimum amount of assets while wealthimple has no minimum)
-no DRIP
-no fractional shares
-no journaling/norberts gambit
-sky high FX fees
-no level tsx data. Bid and ask prices when placing orders are delayed. I have to rely on another brokerage to get accurate prices.

Hopefully webull Canada addresses all of if not most of their shortcomings as this js unacceptable for a platform trying to compete and are already so far behind

The app is quite complicated for beginners, sometimes there is a delay in loading data.

Wow, I wish I knew this before i went to them. Been on them for 6 months now. I have been on Schwab for decades. Webull customer service is so bad. Loaded with Gotchas and very poor aweful hold times when they getcha. I would not recommend Webull to anyone. Watch out. The promotions are rigged with bad customer service.

I had made a few small deposits and even managed to withdraw some without issue. But things went downhill when I followed the platform's special instructions. Suddenly, my transactions were blocked and my account showed a negative balance. They told me I had to deposit more just to access my own money. After all these years. I've seen my share of schemes, and this one feels all too familiar. I am delighted I enrolled on CENTURY and 100 .I found them transparent and what they said from day one about withdrawal is what I have seen.

There customer service is despicable. Even if you are new to them.

I know only #Apex# #point# #llc# keeps #investment decisions measured and realistic. Each stage of #investing feels intentional and responsibly guided. #Payouts arrive as expected, adding reassurance to the process.

Webull will steal your money! At first I made a little money but soon I started realizing they was taking my money! They are right on Wall Street so they are. Right in the middle of all the manipulation! When buy call options, if it goes down a $1 then they take $100, but if it goes up $1 then you only get like $37 bucks! Also they will run it down
And hold it down so they can eat you up with time decay! I had an option today and saw it skip from 617.29 to 614 89 in about a second completely skipped everything in between! I saw this with my own 2 eyes! You try to call them and you will wait about 2 hours even if you request a call back! When you do finally talk to them then they blame everything on time decay. They told me that market manipulation is a myth! I have made money on every platform but this one. I buy small cap stocks that have that have great credentials and that beat earnings estimates . And they do nothing but drop a little each day so you are either forced to sell or loose! Sell, then within 2 hours they shoot back up same thing happens on options. They only people that make money on here are the ones that have thousands of dollars to invest. Webull preys on retail investors and they will eventually take everything you deposit. One way or another So my advice to everyone is do not give these theives a chance to take your money, because I promise they will!

Wow! I was going to open a Futures account until I read the reviews. Thanks everyone from saving me from a potential headache.

I have been trying to remove my money from them for over three months. I have been told the money will be in my bank account in two days for over dozen times. I have spoken with numerous employees who have gone as far as admitting it was complete negligence on their part Still no money and don't know what to do. Found what actually works for me. cëntury 100 has been precise. My earning and payout always come through.

I could give them no rating if that was possible right now.

It wasn't a nice experience on here for me but I'm moving now.

I personally think Webull is the best brokerage app on the market. It gives you every piece of data or information you can possibly ask for in one platform. It gives company financials, gives analyst ratings, shows hedge fund portfolios if you want to track certain investors and what they hold...

Areas of improvement:
• types of mutual funds available
• trust accounts support
• support interface, maybe phone support at all would be nice.

Do not trust Webull they will 100 percent rip you off without any explanation, after years of trading with them they did me dirty. There's plenty of other brokerages that are far better and treat their users with respect. Never will I recommend them and will make sure to let other know of their shady ways.

Webull placed a EM call on my account when the balance was above the threshold. At 4PM my account was well above the $25,000 margin threshold, but I engaged in some after hours trading, which I closed during the overnight session. At no time was my account value below $25,000, but based on their explanation I was. Their badly explained reason was because I did not close out the orders, the cost of the orders were taken out of my equity based on the 4PM closing price, not the value of the stocks at 8PM. The error in their explanation is multifold, since the value of the stock was never below, when I bought it, the closing price, in fact the price of the stock never really went below the 4PM closing price - it only went up, if they used the closing price as a guideline, then there would be a wash.

They also stated that the method they use is based on industry standard, but the industry standard is to use one of two methods which are much more realistic than their standard. Either brokers use real time values at the 8PM after hours closing time or 9:30 AM opening time.

Their customer service in this matter was horrible. Of the two people on the phone that I talked to about the issue, both were trying to use terms they didn't really understand to defend their reasoning. In chat the explanation was not clear and really needed improvement to actually understand what they were trying to say.

STAY AWAY!!
They are fraud and there customer service is the worst in the industry. They assume things and ask you so many questions they have no rights to ask. These people webull hire overseas will steal your identity and screw you. Webull need better customer services or they are going into the ditch due to there customer services.
