Don't believe their online quote! Basically just a trade in, just not at a car delear.
I was sent an online email from you for buying my car at over $11k the first time. The second time it was $10,150. When I actually made an appointment and sold it I only received $8,600.
The gentleman I worked with, Anthony, was extremely great!!

We're sorry to come in below expectations on price. This was mostly because of a previous accident which was reported by Police in Lilburn, GA in July 2019. Unfortunately reported accidents are show on Experian AutoCheck and CARFAX and do have a negative impact on resale value. This is known as diminished value and is widely documented online.
Other than price, we would love to know what we could have done better to earn a five-star customer service rating for Anthony. Our team relies on your feedback to know they are doing a good job.
