Would not recommend this company , once they had my phone I was offered £110 less than they quoted , they said the phone had scratches but it definitely didnt

Offer £350 on website then reduced to £90 due to a few scratches on screen. No decline button so awkward to send back. There’s a reason why they’re offer the best price, because they rip you off as soon as they get their hands on it. They might as well have just snatched out my hand in the street - daylight robbery !

Offered £330 sent iPhone 14 Pro off in good condition, contacted and told it’s average 😡and willing to pay £180 what a rip off, I said send it back then got another e mail stating it had been reviewed and I had a new offer £190 😂 just a joke told to send it back again so I can sell it privately

Easy transaction

Terrible avoid at all costs.

They give you a great price then when receive your iPhone they say is scratch and damaged which my phone was in perfect shape and offer you stupid amount. No where near original price. Super hard to get in touch with them, take ages to said your phone back to and don’t take care when sending it back either. Worst experience ever had with selling a phone.

When looking online to sell my samsung galaxy s23+ I was quoted £260 which was the best offer I could find! I did look at the reviews of this company beforehand and I should've listened to everyone's negative reviews.

I thought that maybe the bad reviews were left by people that sent in a grubby phone expecting full price and was annoyed when reviewing a lower offer, however my assumption was wrong.

I sent in my 12 month old phone, that always had a case and screen protector on and in my opinion was in optimal condition (ill add my own pictures for you to judge yourself). After sending and waiting a few days I received an offer of £100. £160 deduction from the original offer and was told my phone was not in good condition it was average at best! Absolute joke. I shouldnt have taken the chance with this company and listened to the thousands of negative reviews. I now have to contact customer services because they wont give me the option to decline the petty offer. I will also have to pay £10.75 to have my phone returned to me which is a joke.

When you actually read the reviews, if you notice, the only positive ones are about kind customer service who you only need to contact when declining an offer. So that should tell you everything you need to know about their fake original offers.

If your like me and thinking we'll I may aswell take the chance, i urge you to go with a different company. Any company but this one. Absolute joke, waste of time and money.

I shall have my phone back and take it to any other company who will offer me much more than £100.

There was a gargantuan mark down in price on my phone for no real reason. Very disappointing after I placed trust in them and carefully sent my phone to them. Don’t bother, really.

I’ve used we buy any phone twice now the customer service is excellent, however they never offer you the price that they say on the website before you send the phone and the prices are considerably lower than what they originally offer
The first time I thought oh ok maybe the phone wasn’t in as good of condition as I originally thought. But the second time I know my phone was worth more than their offer.
It is a very fast and reliable service but due to the price offers being so low after they inspect the phone I won’t be using them again and wouldn’t recommend the service to my friends.

Good deal for two devices

No communication I did not except the £10 you offered but you still processed it, I feel like I’ve been mugged.
Why give a price in the first place. There was absolutely no wear and tear on the phone but of course you said it did.
This should be illegal bad company would definitely not recommend.
You only put an accept button and not a decline. And my other phone you didn’t send any info whatsoever. Again MUGGED

Sold a phone but was offered a lesser price which is fine. Decided to reject and a lovely guy Anjali tried his best to up the offer but in the end asked for it to be returned. No drama and nice to speak to

I had an Iphone 15pro 256GB in great condition having been encased in a shatterproof cover since Day 1.I still said it was in Good condition and was offered £325.As per every review that I can see,on receipt they claimed it was in not so good a condition and reduced the amount to just over £150.
You then have to go through the hassle of calling them(within 7 days)and refusing the offer.Their staff are pleasant enough hence the many positive reviews(but please note:these are staff reviews and NOT a review for the transaction.)
Then comes the sting in the tail of having to pay £10 to have the phone returned.
Then you have to be sure to be at home to receive your phone when the post office delivers via recorded delivery(which you pay for).
All in all who needs all this hassle with a 100%success rate of being lowballed.
Having received my phone back,I went to musicMagpie.Offered £356,and rather than post it,took it to the nearest Timpsons(hundreds of outlets nationwide),who work with MusicMagpie,who accepted the phone without quibble and was paid into my account within 5 minutes of dropping my phone off to Timpsons.
Now thats what I call service and so easy.

Query answered straight away and issue resolved fast
