Really happy with my experience, so quick and easy to do

Offered £190 for the phone ,sent off and they claimed it had scratches on ut and called it faulty !!! Totally untrue....they then offered £10 !! Absolute rip off and I had to pay to get my phone back...avoid like the plague !!!!

Offered £115 for my phone which had always been in a flip case and was undamaged front and back . On receipt they then offered me £5 . This was eventually upped to £11.50 . I paid £10.50 to have it sent back rather than let them have it for so little. Sold within an hour of listing on vinted for £95 to a very happy buyer.

Quick efficient service. Friendly and professional staff. Easy process.

Was offered £208 for phone, sent off and after they reviewed downgraded it from good to average because they claim there are scratches on the screen. The phone is in good condition which is also very clear on the videos they send while checking.
They then offer £65 instead and there’s no way of requesting the phone be sent back without email customer services who don’t contact you back.

I had a conversation with Sunny via WhatsApp. Very helpful, managed to better my offer for my phone and I accepted! Friendly and fast service, happy with my experience.

Absolute rip
Off merchants offered me £252 for iPhone 14, it was in really good condition as always had screen saver back case.
Once checked slight scratches in screen which I didn’t see and the mute button had slight usage of black missing. Offered £145 don’t even entertain this company disgusting

Told me my phone was sub standard though it had been in a case from day one, there offer was 50% less even tho my phone was in perfect condition. Don't use these guys

I wouldn’t recommend using these. It’s a Scam what they offer you at first and then once they have it reduce that offer by £150. Sent a pristine 15 Max Pro, passed all tech checks always been in a case and screen protector and they said the screen had signs of wear 🤷🏼‍♂️

Absolute thieves! Valued my phone at £211 as it was in near perfect condition however, they then claimed one of the buttons didn’t work properly (absolute lie) and offered me just £80!!! I then had to call and talk through why I didn’t like the revised quote - it was an insult so asked for my phone back. Now I have my phone back and the button in question works 100% of the time…funny that.
Absolutely disgusted at the process - steer clear of the “we buy any” cowboy brand!

I dislike the way that they draw you of in with the high value of your phone only to tell that is rock bottom price
My phone has been kept in a shattered proof leather with a plastic cover on the screen.
All functions on the phone worked perfectly
Yet I was offered an insulting amount.
The person I dealt with on WhatsApp was very polite and although I know it was not their decision was as helpful as they could have been and I respect that.
As for recommending them - no I wouldn’t

the WBAP offer was too low for me to proceed but he did do his best to find a workable offer but unfortunately I could not agree.

I send my iPhone 13 following an initial offer of £208, they decided that my phone was only average “ no scratches, no wear as in a case from day one” battery in health condition and they offered my £65 which I found insulting. Of course I then had to then pay £10.75 to have returned to me.
Just put my phone on Vinted for £175 and whithin minutes I hade an offer of £150.
