the WBAP offer was too low for me to proceed but he did do his best to find a workable offer but unfortunately I could not agree.

I send my iPhone 13 following an initial offer of £208, they decided that my phone was only average “ no scratches, no wear as in a case from day one” battery in health condition and they offered my £65 which I found insulting. Of course I then had to then pay £10.75 to have returned to me.
Just put my phone on Vinted for £175 and whithin minutes I hade an offer of £150.

As feared, absolute scam. Followed the criteria and was quoted £80. Returned the handset and was offered £5. I feel for the people fielding the calls and can understand why there is a statement about not tolerating abusive customers, as they must deal with so many negative calls. The guy I spoke to was very polite but really we went in circles. It's clear they get sound working devices in, submitted inline with their criteria, then low ball offers. Bearing in mind cosmetic damage will be relatively cheap to replace (and my guess is they will replace screen and casing on most devices anyway) they clearly offer the minimal thinking people won't be bothered to follow up!
Below is from their 'Honesty Policy' and whilst I would've been happy to accept it wasn't at the original category / offer, I was clearly not offered the highest possible, as original offer was increased to £20 (and I still didn't feel a fair one!)
"That's why, we adopted an honesty policy. It's a promise to pay the highest price possible if a device is accurately described. We even pay more if it's in better condition when we receive it. However, if a device that is sent to us is in poorer condition than described, we may charge a fee to cover the cost of posting it back to you. See our terms and conditions for more information."
If you're going to trust any reviews, I'd say go by the 1 stars!!

I had an offer for a very decent value, above market value, but then received a report that it was in very poor condition. The reasons given were totally wrong, delaminated screen, back cover badly scratched, offering £25. Their video did not show any of this "damage". Eventually, after several emails the phone has been returned to me. Total waste of effort, time and very stressful, not an good experience.

Recently valued my IPhone 13 on this companies site and received a valuation of £208. Agrred the price and mailed the phone to them . A few days later I was informed that the phone had passed 25 tests but failed 1. I was not told what it failed. Astonished to then see a revised value of £40. A massive reduction without explanation or justification.
Save you time and go elsewhere to sell your phone.

I read the reply and refute categorically the statement that they had informed me fully as to the faults on my phone. I reiterate the only information I received was a statement that out of 26 tests, 25 passed and I failed. I know not what that one is.
If you wish to respond then try to be a little more accurate.

Phone I sent on was a refurbished phone from a UK website however when this company inspected the phone they couldn't make me an offer because it apparently is a non UK model so they couldn't offer me a price.
