V poor experience. Almost brand new phone reduced by £100 trade in when sent and then trying to charge me over £10 to return my phone! Said screen scratched and sides scratched - I have video evidence before I sent. I feel like I am being conned here. Waste of time.

UPDATE: Got my payment for my phone eventually, this company needs to sort out their communication with customers.

Have been waiting to see if they will send payment before I give them a terrible review. Was hoping they would cone through but sadly not, after over 3 weeks of waiting.
I emailed maybe 4 times and last wed/Thurs was told I would get payment that Friday but sadly not the case.
After you send off your phone there is no communication at all, no tracking either.
When something seems to good to be true then it most likely is.

Honest company... transparent. Initial quote offered was on receipt of the phone on their end and the condition matched what i described. When I sent the phone they contacted me to say original quote stands and they transferred the money to my account.

Obviously it goes two ways. If you describe your phone as mint condition and its not they will reduce accordingly. No problems

It now been over two months and the most I got was an email saying "Firstly we would like to apologize for the delay.
Due to the large volume of phones we are receiving, payments are taking longer than expected.
Please be assured your payment will be processed as soon as possible and we thank you for your patience" that was two weeks ago and nothing from them since

I was offered €170 for my phone, posted on 21/03/2024. I sent them two messages on their contact form and it turns out that I had a typo in the email that I typed but Alison contacted me and the payment was immediately processed after I provided my details. Happy with the service and I will definitely use them again.

Dealt with the lads over email fast relpy and woth in 2 weeks money was in my account. Would recomend to anyone too to see there phone for cash
