I echo other reviews, they are charlatans. They make a high but reasonable offer then reduce it by over 25% despite my phone being mint condition, screen protected and Spigen liquid air cased since da... See more

Avoid at all costs. They suck you in by offering a price they have no intention of paying. My phone was exactly as I described it. I’ll openly admit the battery was not working at optimum capacity an... See more

Offered £180 on email for my device…

Offered £180 on email for my device with very little wrong with it, got a revised offer of £100 as they said it had some scratches on screen(what phone wouldn’t after two years) I declined that to receive another offer of £110.75 which was their final offer and they then tried to bully me into selling it with them by saying I had to pay £10.75 to have it returned to me or take the offer. I paid the fee and have just received £165 from a different company. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Hi Phil
I think you have reviewed the wrong company. We are based in Ireland and do not buy handsets from the UK. If you could direct your frustration to the correct company it would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards

Excellent Service

All done and dusted in 3 days from entering the details to the money being in my PayPal account, highly recommended.

Really good service

I found the company really good to deal with. Alison and Darragh were really helpful. I had a drawer full of ancient phones worth v little but I at least wanted to recycle. They sent the freepost envelope and all was finalised in a few days. Really good service.

The phone never arrived or so they claimed . Now i'm 100% out of pocket. All other phone selling service such as "swappie" send tracked labels . I contacted them weeks ago and they said they would contact An post . Ive heard nothing. Ive contacted them numerous times now and they are ignoring my messages. terrible service , no tracking so why would you risk your expensive phone??? . Im now out of pocket .
