Excellent and very fast service for an iPhone we sent in, received our money very soon after the phone had been received. Much higher value than Apple was offering with their trade-ins too.
We had a little difficulty with the webpage loading occasionally though.

Fast and smooth trade. It took 10 days in total to receive money in my PayPal account.

This is by far the best company to recycle your devices through. Not only do they give you the best price, you also get incentive paybacks which I only discovered recently after using this company for a few years. I had over $600 in incentive in my account and when I requested it to be paid into my account it was done the very same day. Now they also sell devices on eBay and the devices are exactly as described and most of them are usually in excellent condition at very competitive prices, and no quibbles for a change of mind return. By far the best company to deal with both selling and buying.
