I order some products and there were missing from the package and it has been over 2 years (August 2022) and the company still has not corrected the issue.

I purchased a starter kit and was very pleased with the products that were included. I was not familiar with the brands, so I was grateful they introduced me to them and I will definitely buy again. The quality and the smell of the detergent True was amazing! The browndages are creative and necessary. The Sawaa storage and freezer bags are durable. My husband said the razors are good quality and he likes it! Thank you for this website! I’m looking forward to purchasing again!

I used to sell on this site, for many years, and enjoyed far more sales than on Etsy. I loved being a seller on a site focused on black owned businesses. My products were able to stand out from the competition, and add to the diversity of products offered on the site. After their site migration, my account was virtually lost to me. I contacted the site, and was assured that my listings would automatically be populated onto the newly site after the migration was complete. This never took place, instead they changed the seller membership fee to $100, which is insane! This would require me to mark up my prices to an unreasonable level. I am extremely in what happened to this site, and will be selling elsewhere.

ordered on July 2nd 2024.. it is now the 30th.. havent received anything.. i have sent several emails and voicemails to the contact numbers they supply nobody ever answers or returns a call or email.. terrible business.. probably a scam...this is why it is hard to support black business

If you want to actually receive your order and talk to customer service, this is the wrong place.

I made a purchase on June 12th. They say in their website that orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours or being received. It's July 6th and I still don't have the items or any communication from this company. But since June 12th they've, CHANGED THEIR COMPANY NAME, ASKING PEOPLE TO SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIPS, STILL SENDING ME EMAILS ABOUT PRODUCTS.
WTH!

I have since filed a complaint with reportfraud.ftc.gov
