My company signed up with Webware and initially it was not so bad, brand-new site hosted on their end and it took a while to get the SEO going, but they maintained content and content was flowing for the first few months and then nothing. The site needed updating and after a year we need to organize it. But again, radio silence. We contacted our account manager, they gave us a month for free, but after repeatedly trying to move on things nothing. Then we simply decided to cancel and asked for documentation and all of the site files, it took over a month to get the files, but couldn't use them. Meanwhile our site is down as they had completely removed it without allowing us to transition out without impact. DO NOT BOTHER!! A Complete waste of time and monies.

I read the reviews- but the closer was good and we signed up. I should have listened to my gut. I even phoned closer hours later stating again the reviews and he re affirmed my issues- one being they don't outsource labour out of country. In my experience when you get work done they don't understand your business. They did ads for me with stock images off internet not of our property/ product. When I brought it up ghosted for a whole week. They rely on cheap labour outsourced to India (you will see this when they go one website) and those individuals rely solely on AI and have no idea of business type you are running. They will communicate until you challenge them just like the reviews say. BEWARE the reviews are true- hate to have post this but terrible customer service and terrible product and they do not deliver on their contracts.

I really enjoy working with Webware's platform and techs. The platform is straight forward to use and the techs are always on top of getting every request completed in a timely manner.

I actually don't think I have enough space to explain the terrible experience i had with this company. I am writing this in the hope whoever does their due diligence will do so before agreeing to anything with them and running far away. At the time of writing this I am in disputes with my credit card company who continued to pay them despite my complaints. In Summary, Its difficult to get anything resolved in a timely matter, in most cases not at all. I would research the positive reviews on social media or online they have as they are suspicious (p.s I did). They make a good sell and promise support and action but don't give it. To get anything done after complaining numerous occasions I had to book an appointment in which the person doesn't show up or had to pass me onto another person I also cannot speak to unless I make another appointment which often wasn't for days even weeks. In the meantime the date for your next payment fast approaches. Their system for getting your work done is via a messaging service and the team working on your account is based in India despite telling me otherwise during the sale. I found the language barrier to be difficult or that they just didn't care. Most of my messages were ignored. Bottom line, they did not deliver then refused to break contract and refund me but continued to charge me month after month since Dec 18 2023. They got one star as the site that despite I had to practically design myself ended up decent however despite giving them $2k I still had to find all the images etc myself. There were so many errors it took so long to fix.

I have been with this company for about 3 months now. For the last month I've tried multiple ways of contacting them without a response. My company name is still wrong on my website page. No Pics have been updated after sending a full file. Still can't find my listing on most Google searches. Have not had 1 lead come into my inbox that wasn't generated by me. Feel like it's set my company back from it's potential. Definitely don't recommend for any startup. Wish I would have stayed with LocalRank who does my other business. Their accountability is less than credible at this point.

I was offered a "done for you" service. After taking my money, I was offered a wonkey and overly complex platform that I was expected to learn and serve myself. It's now been months since I've heard from anyone. I can't even cancel the services-- it seems like they have no self-service method for that.
