Great product and easily the best product on the market for beginners.

Product is wonderful! only issue or suggestion for other orders is that this was being shipped from multiple locations causing my order to have 4 tracking information details, 2 shipped UPS, 1 shipped FedEx and 1 another carrier. that is not the issue as I understand different locations may use different carrier but it would be helpful to know what Item was shipping with which tracking as all showed the Vision 20W, the UPS arrived first then the other carrier and was asked how my Vision 20W was and I had not received the main unit yet that arrived 2 days later. Again happy with product but just wish I knew what item/part was related to which tracking information to make it smoother. Only other item is my free gift was vinyl sheets that if I am reading the product information correctly I can not use with my laser. it is for 2w and 10w machines and I have the 20w. now I could spend $499.00 and add the 2w to my laser but if that seems expensive to spend that much to use the free $49 items that was sent. wish it would have received the acrylic or wood sheets instead of an item that I can't use. while it was free think that it would make more sense to provide to a machine that it could be used with. If I am mistaken and I can cut it with a 20w that would be great.

Laser head died within 6 months. Laser head out of stock so they are replacing the entire machine. Been waiting for over a week for the new machine to arrive. They ship ground from CA, instead of 2-3 day, so you end up waiting.

Vision Pro 45, order was shipped quickly, and well packaged, was up and cutting 30 minutes after unboxing it and downloading the software.
Learning curve is short when using the first couple of graphics, the fun starts when you start designing your own stuff.

Overall my experience with Wecreat has been wonderful! Customer service has been good. Delivered products on time as promised!

Easy to set up and worked right out of the box

I purchased the WeCreat Vision Pro laser on September 4, 2024 and received it on September 10. Within five weeks, the internal cooling fan failed. I contacted support immediately and provided all requested pictures, videos, and screenshots. It took weeks to receive the replacement fan, even though this was a clear warranty issue.

After finally installing the new fan, a new defect appeared — the fan would not shut off even when the machine was powered off. I emailed support again on November 2 and asked about returning the machine due to these repeated failures. My request for a return was ignored for several days.

After back-and-forth messages, I was told on November 5 that a new laser head would be “expedited.” However, the provided UPS tracking number showed only “Label Created” for six days. The package finally began moving on November 10, with a scheduled delivery of November 14 — one day before my debut craft show, where I needed the machine for production.

When I pressed again for a refund, I was told it was “outside the 30-day no reason return policy.” This is not a no-reason return. This is a return based on defective hardware, broken replacement promises, and unacceptable delays that caused direct financial harm to my small business.

I have nine full email chains documenting these issues, including dates, photos, tracking screenshots, and written promises from WeCreat Support. Despite all this evidence, the company refuses to take responsibility or issue a refund.

I’ve since filed a formal BBB complaint against WeCreat Tech LTD (Seattle, WA). Their lack of professionalism, urgency, and accountability has been shocking. If you rely on your laser for business or time-sensitive production, look elsewhere. I previously owned xTool products and was never treated this way — they honor their warranties and actually ship replacements when promised.

Do not buy from WeCreat. Their support process is slow, dismissive, and ultimately costly for small business owners.

The machine is easy to set up and operate. I hope WeCreate releases a CO₂ laser model in the future. The instructions are clear; my only complaint would be the extraction system—it could do a better job handling smoke.

I have a 20 watt and 10 watt and love both. I did have to have my 20 watt head replaced and they did so. If I need to buy again I will use WeCreat because of customer service and easy to use program.

Great Product that is easy to setup. Software is very user friendly. Very happy with the performance of the product.

This is a great machine. It cuts perfect.

Love my Lumos Rotary- it’s easy to use and perfect for a quick change and simple installation. The ability to do small items and metal add a lot of options. I’ve been doing miniature rolling pins for clay and cookies, the detail it can achieve is amazing.

Easy setup of machine. The test array once you select your material is very handy. The price was a good selling feature. The rotary tool and flipping laser head a also a key selling point.

I am new to Laser Engraving, so my first 16 months have been a huge learning curve. I have found that doing the suggested maintenance is very important to keep your machine running well. I use my WeCreat Vision 20w laser heavily though not as a business and probably due to sporadic maintenance I lost the fan in my laser head. I purchased a new head and installed but couldn’t get it to work properly. I called WeCreat Customer Service and they helped me to evaluate the problem and quickly sent me a laser head kit including a wire ribbon and circuit board to make sure my machine worked properly. This at NO CHARGE! I watched the WeCreat video on this complete replacement and though quite nervous since this type of work is really not my forte, installed everything they sent to me and IT WORKS PERFECTLY! The customer service I received from WeCreat was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you WeCreat 😊

it was so easy to set up and start using, able to etch and cut basswood projects easily . love my wecreat 20 w laser just recently bought the lumos and love how the framing is so easy to see compared to the framing on wecreat 20 w . having a great time using both lasers
