I love both my Wecreat machines. Will purchase again.

Very easy machine to setup and use.

Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. I contacted customer service after placing my order and they responded quickly and were extremely helpful. The machine is powerful and offers great possibilities. I absolutely love it and it comes in my favorite color, which is an added bonus.

Customer service has been great! We received the machine quickly. Set up was easy and we have been practicing on sample materials they included!

I love my Vista machine! It was perfect until I saw the new Lumos. It's still great. It does so much. It's precise and ideal for a beginner like me. I just wish there was a book or something to download with basic "how to".

I loved the videos for how to's to get WeCreat running. The WeCreat software took awhile to navigate. But since I figured it out all is well.

So I ordered my 10 watt vista almost a year ago. I’ve done slate coasters, and made a few gifts for friends. The WeCreat is very user friendly right out the box. I would recommend it to anyone. I plan to upgrade my laser so I can cut more items.

I purchased the WeCreat Vista, this has been a great experience from setting up to producing amazing products. It was easy to use and when I did have a question customer support was very helpful. Definately looking at other purchases through WeCreat.

Easy to learn so far I am in love!!!

I absolutely love my new laser Machine. I have only had it for 1 week and set it up in between my errands. Set up was a breeze. Didn't take long at all. Ive only had time to use the laser a few times. But so far it was so easy to use. Within an hour of setting the machine up I had etched my first project. I have used it on wood and paper so far and both worked beautifully. I am excited to learn all that this laser machine can do. Ordering was simple. I did have questions first which they were very prompt in responding with the answers that I had. They guided me as to which machine would suit my needs. I am happy to say I am thrilled with my purchase.

I can create so many different things that I don’t have time to explore all the different possibilities! I have both the lumos and the 40 watt laser. I love them both!

I would like to see tutorials on the MakeIt software. I'm especially interested in trying 3de, but can't find any help for my machine (Vision 20w)

The laser itself is good! I don't use their software, so I am not sure how that works. I create my svg files elsewhere and upload them. If I could return and get my money refunded for the fume extractor, all would be good. I can only cut for about 2 hours at a time as my eyes are so sore and watering that I have to stop.

Everything has been easy. Service via email is super simple. Had a power cord issue and they took care of it immediately.

WeCreat has been very responsive to any questions I have had and prompt to solve any issues the came up.

It is easy to use and I'm enjoying the creation i make, have to learn more ways to use my machine but overall I love it.

I like the wecreat vision 20w laser it was able to do what I wanted. All I wanted to is cut leather for patches for caps. When it arrived it came with sample pieces of wood. that lead me in another direction. So I had to get a CO2 laser and I sold my wecreat . The wecreat is a diode laser and will not cut acrylic, all colors anyway
