Just got my Vision Pro.. it was packed nicely when it arrived and only took a couple of days to get here.. very happy
Good product easy to use and understand
Ordering was easy and fast, shipping was fast and reliable. Set up was very easy and software is very user friendly.
Good choice
For the customer experience they do a very nice job. Packaging is fantastic so your machine arrive in perfect condition. Shipping is was on time and very efficient with my 3 machines. Also, the customer service has been great when I have had a question on something.
Built in Camera
The fact that you have a site that has a lot of cool things to engrave. I had a different machine and everything needed to be calibrated perfectly, and the program is way over my head. With the built in Camera I don’t have to calibrate!!!!
Customer service needs improvement.
I like the machine works well. A lot of trial and error, which is to be expected. Customer service on the other hand is lacking. Response times for emails are long and some of the advice is not the best. I have read many posts of people having bad experiences with the customer service and have had some issues as well.

My experience with WeCreat has been excellent. The company provides outstanding communication, reliable service, and genuine care for their customers. Everything felt smooth and well organized, and I really appreciate how quickly questions and concerns are addressed. What WeCreat is doing very well is creating a customer focused experience where I felt valued and supported.
Although the prices are a little on the higher side, the quality and value of the products and service make them absolutely worth it. Their professionalism and commitment truly stand out, and I’m very satisfied with my experience.

Great machine and customer service
The entire experience from deposit to delivery was well communicated. The machine is user friendly and at a much better price point than their direct competitor. I have been waiting for several years to jump into using a laser and I’m so glad I took the leap.
Great Products
First off your products are great I have a vista and the New Lemos. Love them these two are Quality Products.
Downside I have an issue with both I have to shut down both my Computer and the laser In order to move to a new project- Does the vista have a Camera? if so how do I get it to work. I called in to get help and I do not thing the Teck understood what I was asking and I for sure I could not understand him. Not his fault not mine but please find People that speak clear English and understand it as well. I am left with the ever so slow way of Hit and Miss Learning
I really enjoy using the 45w PRO
I really enjoy using the 45w PRO. I previously had a 10w from another brand that had a huge learning curve. The set up was super easy and right of the box using the PRO and the Make It software, I was able to make a beautiful door hanger with no issues. After reading the Facebook posts about the cable issue, I almost did not purchase the PRO. I did purchase a gang chain on Amazon and the plastic piece that is available on Esty. I am trying the plastic piece current because the idea of trying to put a gang chain on is a little intimidating. So far so good. Here are some things I wish were a little different: I wish there were more videos available on troubleshooting and other regular usage things like how to really use the rotary tool, the extender and the IR laser. Like how to REALLY use them, not just here's what it can do. How to get those really good results. I know there are some content creators on YouTube that have the PRO, but I haven't found any that get into the nuts and bolts.

I find the machines easy to use and fun. Been using the laser cutter for over a year now and just got Lumos.
Issues with the product and process
Issues with the Lumos arriving complete were quite cumbersome, with a process that required back and forth. Additionally, there are several issues with the software, including difficulty in finding the correct version. You need to make this much more user-friendly.

The machine is great when working, Support is not.
The Vision Pro performed excellently when it was working—the machine itself is impressive, and the software is intuitive and easy to use. Unfortunately, the support experience has been very disappointing.
After only two weeks of use, my unit failed completely. Support hours are limited (09:00–18:00 EST), but when I was able to connect with an agent, they were courteous and diagnosed the issue as a faulty motherboard. A replacement was shipped to me with the expectation that I would install it. While I have a background in technology service, the process was far more complex than expected, involving roughly 20 connectors—all glued in place, including a delicate Wi-Fi antenna. Even with my experience, the replacement took three hours, and I believe the average customer would find this extremely difficult.
Unfortunately, the replacement did not resolve the issue. The machine remained nonfunctional and stuck in a raised position. This time support said, after persuasion from me, they would replace the machine. The hoops they put me through with pictures and emails was ridiculous. It took me 2 hours! I know it’s an expensive machine but there must be an easier way to confirm I’m sending it back.
In summary, the Vision Pro itself is a five-star product, but the level of after-sales support significantly diminishes the overall experience. For that reason, I can only give it two stars.

This machine was great, set up was quick and easy
Tested some products right away. The usb occasionally disconnected, but removed and put it back. Engraving on metal objects was beautiful! Have not tried the rotary yet.
