easy to understand ans startup

I love the innovations that you have put into the Vision Pro 45w machine. It is a breeze to use and allows me to do just about anything I through at it. I have been so pleased with it that I just ordered the WeCreat Lumos this morning and am looking forward to the additional features that it brings, as well as the added laser in the shop.

The Vista machine is incredible! It was so easy to set up and start using. There are plenty of helpful videos and tutorials to watch if you're ever unsure of how something works or how to get the most out of the machine. I learn something new with it almost every single day. I will definitely be a lifelong customer of WeCreat!!

Customer service wasn’t the best. The machine broke down after a few weeks of using it and after having my mom who works for Dell computer/Boeing and all she does is work on computers and circuit boards and everything she said, the main board was fried, but after them troubleshooting it, they sent me a couple cables that turned out to obviously not be the problem. They finally sent out a new one and at that point I almost didn’t want to use it anymore and now they even have constant updates to either the Wi-Fi works or you have to use the USB cord. Finally the Wi-Fi is back working again for it but now I find that the alignment is off even though you do the alignment on the actual system/reset it to manufacture it constantly is off on every other project so trying to line up something to engrave on a small object is pretty much impossible honestly, I’m glad I bought it but at the same time disappointed at the same time I’m just thinking it’s a matter of time before the replacement breaks which really sucks cause it was a lot of money and then now they have all their new ones out that seem to do more for less price, which is kind of frustrating

I have 2 Wecreat lasers the 20w Vision and the Lumos, both are great. I had issues with the first Lumos machine and I can say that customer support was very good to work with, and we could not fix the issue, they sent me a new machine. The only couple things that I wish were different. I wish the Vision had a larger bed for slightly bigger projects, and I wish that we could interchange/upgrade the laser heads. We can do it with the IR head, so why not with the 45? Or a 40? Or??

The laser is ok. I wish it would have cut acrylic better instead of having to get. another laser

I have always wanted the capability to just do more with the idea in my head. WeCreat allows me to dream big and make it 3D with layered cut files. Tumbler done easy after a learning curve, and much more.

I am somewhat new to the laser experience and doing it as a hobby even though I have had people contact me for items that they have seen some of my work. I purchased my 40w Vison in November 2024.
Also, I am a member to a few laser sites always looking for information. One of the things that I have seen on the WeCreat site were negative reviews as for customer service but then again there are numerous positive comments. There seems to be a dislike for the fume extractor though. Personally, I have had very good experience. The negative aspects, for me, regarding the fume extractor is the cost of the filters. So far, I have been able to clean the two top filters but will have to look into the purchase of new filters or move my system to a window and vent out there. After almost a year of owning my unit, I am very happy with its performance. I am still using the same firm ware and initial program that was installed in the unit when I got it. The reason I have not updated either is because there have been several complaints that the updates have caused several problems. At this point in my experience in laser engraving my programs are working for what I want it to do.
Would I buy another WeCreat, Absolutely. I would image that there are other laser products that are probably superior to what I have but for the cost of what I do I am satisfied. As for a date of any one experience, it's hard to pick a date because every time I do a project, I am amazed. As a Christmas gift I gave every household on my street a set of slate coasters with their name and the year on them. As a result of this I was contacted by a neighbor who asked if I could make a dozen coasters to be sold at our island museum. So far this has evolved into four additional orders of coasters and cutting boards. Also, another islander contacted me, after seeing these coasters and requested three other items on slate and wood. This person was very impressed with the quality of work that was done with the laser.

Poor product, poor software. Device randomly disappears from connection. When it does engrave, poor details on the engraving. I should have bought an XTool instead

The laser machine is great but my disappointment is with the Fume extractor. That’s a total waste of $500! I’m going to post it on let Go to see if I get something for it. If not, to the garbage it goes!

The laser works great and it is easy to use. The software is fine but a little limited. I wish it was easier to draw curves. I have to connect via the internet because it won’t connect with the usb cord, possibly old software on my old laptop. Tech people were unable to help. I have been building custom travel sized cribbage boards and making the holes is a lot faster and easier than drilling.

The drawing/image construction provided by the program is minimally intuitive or effective. Many common drawing capabilities found in other similar programs are missing. Customer service is poor and often not helpful. Autofocus of the laser is excellent.
But, I have found after purchasing the machine, that the diode laser has many deficiencies. For example, only certain acrylics can be cut successfully, most cuts are melted or incomplete. Cutting or ingraving thin wooden sheets are very satisfactory.

Did a lot of research and purchased the Vision 20W after having issues in a lot of discouragement with another laser company. After about a year, we decided to move up to the 45 W pro and in the meantime also ordered a Lumos as well. Now the wife and I can use both lasers at the same time depending on what projects we are doing. The auto focus and camera makes things so much easier. Looking forward to the next grade product that comes from WeCreat

The software is not to good communicating with the laser.

The recreate vision 40 is a great entry level machine. It however is not as simple as they want you to believe it is. There is maintenance that needs to be done to keep the machine running at peak performance. Also a diode laser has limitations when it comes to certain materials if acrylic is your target material you want to consider a CO2 laser. That being said customer service has been great they are always there to help and so far we have been able to resolve any issues I have had. So yes I would recommend Wecreat but don’t expect it to be as easy as they try and show.

I am knowledgeable with woodworking but had never touched a laser engraver in my 65 years of life when i purchased my wecreat vision engraver.
It has been the easiest learninh experience ive ever had and wecreats support is unsurpassed.
I would very highly recommend wecreat for both beginners and experts

I really enjoy my vision 40w. I enjoy focusing on creating and less time on the technical aspect. it has taken my woodworking to a new level, i wish Wecreat offered a c02 laser version. I would be the first to buy it, i am considering purchasing the 45w for a greater work area. i wish Wecreat offered a trade-in program

Need more support follow up.

Wecreat seems to be very open about their machines,ask a question and you will get a response. I have two of their machines a 10watt Vista and a 40watt Vision and don't regret purchasing either one, now I am hoping to get a Lumos that I can take to the markets.

Great customer service. Answered all my questions. Loved the free product can’t wait to try everything
