I went in having quite few ideas of what I would like for our special day, we were straight away welcomed by a member of staff and once we were all checked in Tara became our main assistant. She was very knowledgeable, very patient too and tried her absolute best to find exactly what I was looking for, suggesting also possible alterations until.. she hit the nail on the head and found exactly my dream dress! In the changing room she was also very respectful of my privacy and directed me exactly how to fit in the dresses without making me feel uncomfortable. My husband is going to faint at the altar! 🥹Amazing experience! Thank you so much Tara!!

I had a wonderful experience picking my wedding dress at Wed2B in Liverpool. Julie was so helpful and made the whole try on process seamless. I ended up picking a dress I would have never dreamed of picking off the rail thanks to her and I’m so glad I went with it. I can’t wait to wear it on our big day!

From the moment I walked into Wed2b in Camberley it was so relaxed and such a nice experience. Exactly what I needed to be able to make such a huge decision! Nikki was absolutely fabulous and so patient with me only having the slightest idea of what I thought I wanted. She listened to what I wanted and genuinely magicked my dream dress right up, first dress I tried on could not be beaten! But I tried a few others just in case but when you know, you know! I had a wonderful experience at the Milton Keynes store. I had left it last minute so delighted I walked away with my perfectly fitted dress the same day. The consultant was attentive and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to my likes and dislikes. Her first pick was 'the one'. I would highly recommend.

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely disappointing experience I had during my recent appointment at your Liverpool store.
Wedding dress shopping is meant to be a special and memorable experience, but unfortunately mine left me upset, uncomfortable, and completely unheard.
From the beginning of the appointment, I felt that my preferences and requests were ignored. I clearly stated that I am a size 8–10, yet I was repeatedly given dresses in sizes 12–14 which were visibly too large and hanging off me. This made me feel uncomfortable and did not allow me to properly visualise the dresses.
I was also told there was “no limit” to how many dresses I could try on, but later during the appointment I was informed I could not try on any more dresses after around five. This felt contradictory and rushed the entire experience.
In addition, I explained the style of dresses I liked and specifically mentioned that I did not want strappy dresses. Despite this, I was brought three strappy dresses that were neither my style nor my size. I still tried them on to be polite, but it wasted valuable time that could have been spent trying dresses I actually liked.
I had arrived prepared with screenshots of dresses I was interested in, yet only one of the dresses I showed was actually offered for me to try on. I also specifically asked to try the “Ryder” dress and was met with the comment:
“I’m tempted to say you can’t try any others on as you like the Lourdes one the best.”
I found this rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. The entire purpose of wedding dress shopping is to explore different options and feel supported in doing so.
Similarly, as soon as I showed interest in the “Lourdes” dress, I was discouraged from trying on anything else. I felt pressured rather than helped.
Another upsetting moment was when I was not allowed to try my favourite dress back on (Lourdes) after initially being told it would be fine and after informing the staff member’s manager. I was told that I would “nit pick too much,” which made me feel as though the priority was simply making a sale rather than helping me feel confident in such an important purchase.
I also found Amber the staff member rude and blunt throughout the appointment. At one stage, she came up to me when my family were looking at the dresses and commented that they were choosing dresses that were “not my style” and said she wanted to warn me, which felt unprofessional and embarrassing.
To make matters worse, I noticed that a dress advertised online at £999 was suddenly quoted to me at £1,199 in store. This price increase was never properly explained and added further frustration to an already upsetting experience.
She also complained to her manager about us saying how we’ve tried on ‘so’ many dresses (I was in my 5th dress, 3 of which I didn’t even want to try on but she brought over anyway) By the end of the appointment, I felt so uncomfortable. However, I still feel strongly that this experience needs to be formally acknowledged and addressed.
This appointment completely ruined what should have been a happy and exciting milestone for me. I left feeling judged, dismissed, pressured, and extremely disappointed by the level of customer service I received.

I went to the Southampton shop and I had Tara who helped me with my dresses and she was amazing. I didnt feel rushed she answered all my questions I had. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything,but I did say yes to my dress.

Skye was so helpful, and made me feel really at ease. I had no idea what style dress I wanted, and generally I feel uncomfortable in dressing rooms, but she was really professional and kind. She spent the time listening to everything I liked about each dress I tried on, and she found me the perfect dress. She was patient and it felt like I had another friend there with me!
The dress I chose was well priced compared to others I have seen, and the ladies made a note of any alterations they would recommend so that I could pass this information over to the seamstress. I went mid-week as soon as they opened at 10am and was the only person there, I didn’t feel rushed and the experience felt as special as if I was at a boutique store that you have to book in for.
Would highly recommend, and can’t wait to get my dress on again!!

I had such an amazing experience at Wed2B and couldn't be happier! I went in unsure if a ball gown style would suit me, but Grace was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She was so patient, kind, and genuinely made me feel comfortable trying on a variety of different styles.

Ashford, Kent store - Incredible service!
I visited the store a couple of hours before closing on a Sunday. The staff treated me like they had all the time in the world, and never made me feel rushed! Meg was amazing, really knowledgeable and understood exactly what I was looking for based on some photos of dresses I had tried that morning in another shop and after a little chat. The first dress she picked out ended up being MY dress! It was such a lovely experience and i would recommend the Ashford shop and Meg to anyone!

The second we walked in Jess was so welcoming, I didn’t have a clue what I was doing or wanted but Jess went through all the questions and got an idea of what I liked and just brought round these beautiful dresses they were just what I liked and had in mind and then the last dress she got out for me was just the perfect one! I honestly thought I’d be searching for months for a dress and on my first day of looking, first shop and I’ve found it and bought it! It’s perfect! It would be good if you could collect accessories orders in store rather than being forced to pay £7 for delivery when already spending £70+. Especially considering I still need to go to the store to collect the bridesmaids dresses.
