I recently visited wed2b in Wednesbury and had such a positive experience thanks to Jade, who assisted me during my appointment. Although she mentioned she was new in her role, you would never have guessed—her level of care, patience, and kindness was outstanding.

I came into the store feeling quite emotional and self-conscious, as I’ve been struggling with weight gain and wasn’t feeling like a bride at all. With my wedding just two months away, I’d already visited several other shops and left each one feeling uncomfortable and disheartened.

Jade completely changed that experience for me. She went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, supported, and—most importantly—like a bride. She listened without judgment, reassured me, and helped me see myself in a completely different light. Her warmth and genuine encouragement made such a difference, and I left feeling excited and confident instead of anxious.

Thank you, Jade, for turning what had been a stressful experience into such a special one. You truly made a lasting impression, and I’m so grateful for your help at such an important time.

Very warm and welcoming staff, was made to feel at ease and was great at finding me the perfect dress that met all my expectations

I have to admit, I felt quite nervous visiting this store after a previous ‘pushy and salesy’ experience in Birmingham—but my visit to Wednesbury completely changed that.

From the moment I arrived, the ladies were attentive, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. The store itself is light, airy, and spacious, with plenty of privacy to try on gowns and coordinate accessories, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

A big shoutout to Vicky, she’s absolutely lovely. So helpful, friendly, and attentive to every detail. She really listened and helped me accessorise my dress, finishing the look beautifully.

I would highly recommend this store to any bride-to-be. If you’re looking for a truly special and relaxed bridal shopping experience, you’ll definitely find it in Wednesbury.

Jade was absolutely fantastic, after my bad experience with a different shop (second time buying a dress) she listened to me and supported by choices and made sure everything was explained to me!

Absolutely fantastic experience at wed2b Wednesbury. Courtney looked after us and our time couldn't have been any better! I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in; she asked if I had any inspiration and chose dresses to fit that style as well as others for me to try, just in case.
I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. I had plenty of time to try on and discuss options and the amount of dresses I could have tried was only limited by my own inspiration!
Would definitely recommend Wednesbury. Lovely environment, lovely staff. A total joy! ❤️❤️

I said yes to the dress and thats all down to my assistant Courtney she listened, she was kind, she was lovely i couldn't do it without her she had all my best interests so a big thankyou to Courtney .

Courtney made our experience! She was literally what every bride needs when looking for dresses. She explained everything in the way we would understand, had alot of patience with all of us but most of all she made everyone comfortable! Highly recommend Wed2B to everyone!

After a very rubbish and unhelpful morning at another dress shop, I very nearly didn't come to wed2b, I felt defeated and insecure, as a plus size bride I was certain I wouldn't fit in anything at wed2b due to having to go up by 4-5 dress sizes from my clothing size in the other dress shop.
My entourage convinced me to go anyway to see what was there, Taylor greeted us and instantly made us all welcome. She had a short conversation about what i was looking for and asked to pull a dress herself to make sure she understood the vibe. While she hit the nail on the head something wasn't right and I knew it wasn't my dress but we were on the right track. I asked her to pull my 2 top faves I had seen on the website, Deia and Positano, she came back with Deia and I was so excited to see it. I had my moment and she suggested we try a satin/mikado moment and then we would know for sure. She pulled Florentina, which was sure didn't go up to my size but i was so happy to try it on, it didn't fit but i knew that Deia was my Dress and I popped her back on and said yes! Thank you so much Taylor you were a gem Ican't wait for my big day!

Myself and my Daughter went to Wed 2 Be in Wednesbury on Saturday 11th April and were both so impressed with the shop and all the staff
Courtney helped us and was amazing listening to what she wanted and bringing dresses that were stunning.
I would highly recommend visiting as the dresses are stunning and priced perfectly

I had the most amazing experience at Wed2b in Wednesbury today—I found my wedding dress, and I’m completely obsessed!

A huge thank you to Taylor, who assisted me throughout the appointment. She was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She was so calming, reassuring, and refreshingly honest, which made such a difference during what can be quite an overwhelming experience.

Taylor made me feel confident, comfortable, and truly listened to everything I wanted. Nothing felt rushed or pressured—she just completely understood my vision. The fact that I found the dress after trying on only two is a real testament to how incredible she is at her job.
I honestly couldn’t fault her at all.

I had such a lovely experience at Wed2B! Kerry was so, so helpful from the moment I arrived. She made me feel truly beautiful and comfortable throughout the whole appointment, which made the experience even more special. Her knowledge was amazing and she really listened to what I was looking for, offering great advice without ever making me feel pressured.

I came in after going to another shop and not really sure what I was wanting. Kerry made me feel at ease from the start. With Kerry’s experience and expertise, I left with a dress that I never would’ve picked up. She made me feel very heard with my thoughts while she was picking dresses for me and I’m super happy with the dress that I’ve got. She’s such a asset to the company!

I had the best possible experience and was made to feel so comfortable and confident throughout. As someone who can be quite anxious and was worried about sizing and styles, I truly couldn’t fault my time in the store.

There was absolutely no pressure to choose a dress or to rush while trying on multiple options. Even though I had one in mind beforehand, the stylist went above and beyond to gently take me out of my comfort zone and helped me find the dress—one I never would have thought to try on, let alone fall in love with. It made the whole experience even more special.

My guest also commented on how wonderful and relaxed the experience was.

Every colleague in the shop was welcoming and popped over to see how we were - the environment was super welcoming, friendly and comfortable. The shop was immaculate, clean and nothing was out of place. Courtney supported us and she was incredibly friendly, was able to pick out dresses that I have pre-chosen, she was confident enough to throw in some wildcards, and she suggested dresses that were exactly what I wanted but never considered. In comparison to visits to other shops, this visit was filled with far more ‘yes’s than ‘no’s.
