I went to try dress on Sunday. The dresses I tried on were all beautiful. I feel love with the first dress I tried on and I said yes to the dress. Everyone was so lovely to talk to and had amazing help and support when trying the dresses on. Would recommend to anyone getting married and finding the perfect dress.

Wednesbury Wed2B team came to the rescue! After having to start from square one again and attempt to find a new dress, the team could not have been more supportive. Courtney was a such kind, calm presence and restored my confidence. She talked me through all the options, knew my vision and I felt relaxed through the appointment. And I found THE dress! Couldn’t thank Courtney enough, she really turned things around and I’m so excited to wear my dress on the day! THANK YOU ⭐️

I had such a wonderful experience working with Kerry while choosing my wedding dress. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm, friendly, and professional approach.
Kerry has an incredible eye for detail and really took the time to understand my style, preferences, and what would make me feel most confident on such an important day. She was endlessly patient, supportive, and so genuine with her compliments, which made the whole experience even more special and memorable.

Would definitely recommend wed2b. We had our consultant Ruby who was amazing. She immediately made me feel at ease and selected dresses that suited my style and body shape. Ruby gave us time and attention making me and my bridesmaid feel very special. I came out with the dress of my dreams and all of my bridesmaid dresses.

Found 'the one' at WED2B Wednesbury. From the second I walked into the shop I was made to feel at ease, the staff were friendly and helpful. Kerry went above and beyond to find the perfect dress for me and took on board all of my opinions when looking for something I might like. Highly recommend WED2B, lovely experience all round.

Warm welcome from our Bridal Consultant Ruby. She did a wonderful job from start to finish, hit the nail on the head with each & every dress I tried on. The final dress was a ‘wild card’ opposite to the others tried but it was the one! Thank you Ruby at Wednesbury, you have made a first time Bride at 60 years old very happy indeed 💞

Lovely staff and great customer service

Aysha was the lady who looked after my friend today. It was a great service and all staff were very friendly.

The staff were fantastic , really helpful I was helped by noma very nice lady , came to this one in Birmingham after I’d been to the one in central , where the staff were rude miserable, and was told could only try three dresses , this was not the case with the Wednesbury staff all smiles and really helpful , thankyou ladies

I was served by Kerry & Sophie today in the Wednesbury store. They were so lovely & made me feel really comfortable. They were very helpful in finding the right dress for me & I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone else who is looking for their perfect dress.

I had been to other wedding dress shops locally and this is by far the best one, I had Kerry who asked what I liked, found me dresses that would suit me and mat h what I liked. She knew every dress in the shop and found me my perfect wedding dress! I was so happy with the customer service and the care I had when finding my dress. I would reccomend anyone to come here for their wedding dress!

The service is amazing, they heard all my requests and Courtney who attended me was so kind and had a great eye for dresses that suit me, I ended up going for her wild card pick which topped all the past dresses I tried on. They were a relief because this was a last minute change of dress, thank you so much to Courtney and the whole team at Wed2b!

Courtney was amazing! Well in-fact the whole team were amazing from start to finish. We entered the shop and were greeted with smiley, happy, pleasant, welcoming staff, who made us feel at ease from the start. Courtney took us to the dressing rooms and gave us a thorough consultation where she asked about styles embellishment’s fittings etc. She went off to find the first dress and instantly brought an amazing dress for me to try on. I could have stopped and brought that very first dress but we continued to try on more. Courtney demonstrated her experience and knowledge and was very in tune to me as a customer. She identified when there was truly a dress that was a match and offered a veil and accessories to see how it would look complete. In total, I tried on five dresses before saying yes to my dress. Courtney was patient and caring and even when they were tears ( happy ones) she was empathetic and very professional. I just want to say a massive thank you to Courtney and the team for their support with helping me find my perfect dress. Thank you very much ladies.
