Abid arrived and made himself known well within the timeframe quoted. He explained and signposted at each stage of the process so I knew exactly what was happening and when it was happening. Abid had a pleasant disposition and made me feel at ease throughout the collection of my vehicle.

Abid collected our vehicle today and was very obliging and thorough. I collected him from the roadside where there is no bus stop ! (Thank you bus driver) and he helped finish off a pleasant experience with Motorway when off loading our car. Thank you Abid.

Abid was very professional and conducted a thorough check on my car. As I’m not familiar with selling cars, he was able to answer the questions I had regarding how to change the log book details to the new owner. In terms of timings, I was expecting the process to have been completed by 1 pm, however as it started a little later, I had to reschedule my diary. Overall I would say it was a good experience.

Abid was polite, punctual and was very thorough with examination of the car.
Payment was efficient and in the bank

Abid picked up my car that had been sold through Motorway, and was exemplary. The same cannot be said for Wedelivercars. First appointment was cancelled at short notice (can't be helped sometimes), but the rearranged appointment was missed without notice. A new appointment was made but did not get recorded. Luckily the office called the day before to say a new slot had become available, which I was able to use.

Abid arrived as stated and was very professional. He talked me through the process and after checking funds had been received talked me through the online process for reporting the sale. What a lovely gentleman, 5 stars.

Generally Okay Experience
Motorway used this company to collect our vehicle.Waited a week whilst they confirmed a collection date, then provided a date a week later so it did take a short while to be collected. My experience with their staff was positive, with a date being confirmed whilst on the line.

The day they were due to collect we were given a time of 10:30-11am. However nobody arrived or did not update us. We rang the company and they advised us the collection person was running late due to delays with public transport and will be there by 12pm. He arrived at 11:40am. He was helpful and friendly, and completed the checks and test drive. He liaised with the dealer and sent photos, and we received our full payment for the car pretty promptly.

Abid came and collected my car after it sold on Motorway. Very friendly, helpful and made the experience stress free. Highly recommended!

Sold car via Carwow who used WDC to collect. Big shout out to Alister the collection driver. He kept me up to date with ETA, as he was delayed slightly due to public transport delays. He was courteous, friendly, professional and very thorough, taking multiple pictures, test driving the vehicle and liaising with the buyer as to payment. There was a slight delay in the buyer dealing with payment due to the time of day but can't fault Alister. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Car sold via Motorway - WDC arranged collection via text, time confirmed the day before, slightly late due to traffic and was notified at the time, entirely expected in this area in the middle of the day so no problem.

His second day on the job and you'd think he's been doing it for years. Went through everything quickly and as expected, no issues at all .
