Helpful Customer Service
I have not made a claim so I can't speak about that side of things, but setting up a policy was very straight forward. I had a couple of questions before I bought the policy and these were answered almost immediately by a human being!

Value for money insurance
Value for money insurance, the exclusions to the policy seem complicated, how every all insurance policy's are the same. The website is easy to navigate and select the cover you want but you must check the exclusion sections very carefully.
