As first-time buyers, we initially explored our options and had an early consultation with Michael Bellini from We Do Mortgages. Although we initially went with a different broker recommended to us by the builder, the experience there was disappointing, very slow, unresponsive, and frankly, quite stressful.

We decided to return to Michael, and despite our earlier switch, he welcomed us back and picked things up with genuine professionalism and support. He guided us through the process smoothly, answered every question we had (and we had plenty!), and went above and beyond to secure us a mortgage offer.

Where to even start, I got in touch with Claire on the off chance that I might have been able to consider a mortgage, after a previous marriage that left me financially crippled.
