I have today completed my ReMortgage with We Do Mortgages based in Leigh On Sea , Essex. Jeanne Robertson from We Do, has been fantastic throughout the whole process. Jeanne found me a fantastic fixed rate months ago, knowing that rates were going up rapidly, so I have saved a huge amount per month compared to fixed deals at todays rates. Jeanne handled all the aspects of the process for me, checked on everything regularly, and made sure I got to completion totally seamlessly, and stress free. I would recommend Jeanne and We Do without any hesitation for anyone looking for help, support and a professional service.

Fantastic team and experience. From the moment I spoke with Marcus I knew we were in safe hands and he would help us to find the right mortgage. His experience and knowledge is immediately obvious and we had a number of factors to consider and despite that Marcus was able to find the right mortgage for us and bring us a step closer to our dream home.
Once the application was made the end to end service from him, Casey and the team was brilliant, providing regular updates, chasing and pulling out all stops to get it across the line. Happy to answer as many questions as you have. I would highly recommend and know where I will be going for renewals and future deals.

We have used We Do Mortgages since 2020, which covered our original Mortgage application and subsequent re-mortgage. Donna Elson was our Mortgage broker and was absolutely fantastic through the entire process. Once we had agreed on a mortgage product, Donna then processed the application on the final day of availability up to 2100 hours at night, going the extra mile to secure a low mortgage rate before it changed the following day. (Thank you so much as this was a massive saving).

Donna kept us informed throughout the process and smoothed out issues that developed with the mortgage provider. We will continue to use We Do Mortgages and hope Donna can preside over our next re-mortgage in a few years time. I would highly recommend their service and Donna Elson as the Broker.

Josh and Sophie were brilliant throughout our whole process. We had a lot of complications but this was never a problem and they both got the mortgage over the line without any issues. The knowledge they have of this industry is extraordinary. Would highly recommend.

Donna Elson has been amazing!
She contacted us on a Sunday to let us know that mortgage rates were going to increase considerably overnight. Donna secured a rate for us by midnight on Sunday and totally went above and beyond! If it weren’t for her our monthly repayments would be frightening! Thank you Donna.

These guys are very professional and to the point. I was in a very bad position after messed up by my previous mortgage broker. They helped me in an outstanding way and got the mortgage for me very quickly.

I will definitely recommend any one to use them if you want to avoid stress and save your time.

Overall feedback for the above client, is that they are quick at responding, good at answering all questions and avialable more or less 24/7 (within reason).

Josh helped us every step of the way with our mortgage, he was always on hand to answer our questions and answer any queries that we had. As first time buyers, going through the process of getting a mortgage can be quite confusing, but Josh made the process as easy as possible for us.

I seldom leave reviews, but this company deserves 10* if I can even suggest it. The team led by Josh Berry are phenomenal in their work and their subsequent efforts to source & secure us the best mortgage available, up until the point of mortgage offer, which we received today. The service was completely free, with written clear communications about their services, backed up by the excellent service they provide. They even matched the product like for like provided by a huge competitor, which definitely took me by surprise.

The shout out goes to a special colleague we were introduced to - Sophie Leddiman - A real superstar!!! Available whenever you need her to answer technical questions that might be blurry for first time buyers and polite and courteous throughout the process. Extremely responsive to emails and phone calls to note a few accolades to her name and always happy to go the extra mile. Definitely recommending friends and family to this small business.
