My order only took a short time to arrive. It was easy to set up an account. The website is very user friendly and gives a detailed description of each product and what it can do for you. The Sensicalm cleanser and hydradew face cream I purchased are amazing products which work very well for me and make my skin feel clean and soft. I also like how customer service reached out right away to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. Well I definitely am very happy and will be continuing to buy them.

Service is always incredible! Shipping is fast every time I ordered! My last order was slightly delayed and they were extremely responsive and even game me a little gift in my order! Love ordering from here, customer service is top tier!

I am revising my earlier negative review to a more positive one. I received my order yesterday, Aug 26, having ordered it on Aug 13.
My concern is the difficulty in tracking the order while waiting for it, and not receiving updates. To track an order requires getting the Shop app and there were challenges creating an account there.
I tried to contact Wedoskin from their website to ask about my order. I could not find a customer support email or phone number.
I tried to use the chatbot, but it repeatedly requested that I sign in through a link it had sent in the chat. No link was sent. I created an account, but there was no way I could see to access support even with an account.
However the next day I received an email from the Support team to say the my order had just been shipped. I received my order three days later.

My final rating is 4 stars; I want to shop from Canadian companies and I will shop here again. However, I think the company needs to make clear to shoppers a better way to contact them about orders that are delayed and a smoother process to track an order.

Great service. Regular communications were appreciated. The driver did not have the right address but the problem was corrected quickly and efficiently

To my disappointment, a product I have been using for years is being discontinued. I asked staff members at wedoskin for some alternative options. They went above and beyond, giving me several suggestions and then even responding with more options after a follow-up email from me. I am always so impressed with how responsive, knowledgable and just plain nice everyone is at Wedoskin. Thank you as always. Kellie

Order July 23rd and never got the order for skincare that was fully paid for because they lost the order somehow in their system. Spent over 2 and a half hours trying to get them to fix the problem and send the order out. Finally gave up as they keep saying they would resolve the problem over a 3 day period and did not. The system they use has problems they don't seem able to solve and left me hanging for 3 days saying they would resolve it but did not because no one could take charge. They just kept passing the buck between each other's departments. This happened between July 23rd to August 6th 2026

This is the second time I have ordered from Wedoskin and the products sent were lost or incorrect. I paid $68 for a share hydration product in 60 mL and they sent me a tiny sample of 15 mL. Two out of two orders both had major issues (first time you lost my order and never sent it!). You need to sort out your pick and pack or your business model because this is 0 for 2.

I’m very unhappy. I ordered a 60ml size of product and received a 15ml sample size. There is no live chat so I had to fill out a form, have no idea on response. My order # is 1315496
Wedoskin contacted me immediately, promptly corrected the error, and the correct product was shipped. Thank you for your quick response. Will definitely purchase from them in the future.

I did not receive updates about my order and when the last expected date of delivery came and went, I then reached out to the company to find out what happened. They denied that they missed filling the order however it was then sent out that day for shipping. It arrived days about a week after that. Suggest you follow up sooner rather than later with this company.

They did not offer any compensation. Disappointing!

The product arrived within the time frame that I was expecting. While it was my first time ordering it on line I was using it regularly having picked it up at a spa in Toronto. I love the feel of my hydrating moisturizer with 40 sunscreen on my skin. So easy to apply and reapply.

Ordered a single item on July 20th. Order sat with status "Confirmed" for 4 full business days with zero movement — no processing, no shipping confirmation. Their website states delivery takes 5-8 business days *after* processing, but nowhere do they specify how long processing itself takes, so the real timeline to receive a product is essentially open-ended.

When I asked for either a tracking number or a refund, they chose to refund and cancel the order without shipping it — then phrased it as being "canceled at your request," which isn't an accurate description of what happened. I followed up asking for their standard processing-time policy and requesting a manager's perspective on the situation. That email went unanswered until I pushed further — at which point support replied that "it is clear we are not the right retailer for you" and wished me luck finding a retailer that "can meet all your expectations." That same email closed by asking me to follow them on Instagram.

A customer raising a legitimate, factual concern about an unclear processing policy should not be told to go elsewhere. That response says more about this company's actual attitude toward customers than any marketing claim about being "Canada's fastest growing skincare retailer."

Ended up with no product and several days of my time spent chasing a status update that never came, followed by a dismissive brush-off instead of an actual answer. Would think twice before ordering anything here, even if it's not time-sensitive.

The process from product purchase to product delivery was fast and efficient. I'm glad to say that I will become their loyal customer from now on.

I live in rural Manitoba & it only took a few days for my order to arrive

I have purchased skin care from all over the world on different sites and I've had the best experience shopping at. We do skin not in person. It was over their website but absolutely phenomenal service. Love it. I haven't had the opportunity because I was late receiving my shipment not by fault of the company but by The courier service. So I'm excited to get started tonight and I appreciate their help with sending me emails explaining to me the best way to use the products. Absolutely love this company and I recommend it to. I've already recommended it to several people and from here on in I think this will be the only company I will be using for my skincare. So thank you. Thank you very much for making the process absolutely so easy. I could not believe it and the help was there if you need it so I highly recommend this company

This is the 3rd or 4th order I have received from Wedoskin and I am very happy, once again. They have such great sales which make it easier to try new products. Plus they have a reward system in which you get credit to use on future products and it’s actually decent the amount you get back in credit. Oh and the samples, lots of great samples too! Needless to say I’ll be ordering from Wedoskin again!
