Order Incomplete and Delayed
Almost 2 weeks after ordering, the status was not showing as shipped, When I reached out, I was told they couldn’t see any tracking info on their end, and did not offer any solution.
My order finally arrived - but one of the items was not shipped.
Unfortunately this experience has led me to re-think ordering from this site. I likely won’t use it again.

I was very impressed with their customer service and the extra care the team took with my concerns. In the past, a skincare company charged me but didn't deliver the product, and I panicked when my shipment from WeDoSkin was delayed. I didn’t receive the product I ordered and communication with customer service has been frustrating due to delays in receiving responses and responses created by AI. I didn’t receive the shipping label/QR code referenced in an email regarding how to proceed for returning the product I received in error and finally receiving what I ordered. I haven’t found a phone number to call customer service to expedite this lengthy process. Quite disappointed.

They sent me the wrong skin tone for my sunscreen. It already took so long to receive the order. Now they claim they have resent the correct one. However, I received an email shortly after stating my new shipment was cancelled. The customer service team can definitely serve well from better communication. I don’t know what’s going on but I hope I receive my product soon. I spent approximately $140 for two of them.
