I ordered a large order (over $500) in…

I ordered a large order (over $500) in June (order #10486). I have had contact with the company a few times, but now it has been 5 months and I still have no product. I will now have to file a dispute with my bank, as well as find a new gift for both sets of my parents; as I cannot get a response from the company. I am truly sad about it, because I was happy to wait if the product actually arrived, but the lack of communication is dreadful. I am angry, frustrated and disappointed. The company has shut down their Facebook page and has ignored my last several messages.

Unfortunately I am having the same…

Unfortunately I am having the same experience as the other reviewers. I was told, by Martin when I messaged via Facebook, that my order was ‘packaged ready to be labelled due to be dispatched this week’ that was on 25th October and I still haven’t received it.
I tried sending a chase messenger today and that Facebook page (Weebods) has been taken down and replaced with a new page ‘Weebods Fans’ so I have messaged that just now!
If I don’t receive my order in the next week I will be following the advise of the other reviewer and issuing a county court summons - thank you for the tip!
This is my second order, my first one was for my best friends birthday last year and whilst it took much longer than promised and missed her birthday it did finally arrive and was a fab piece of work.
Hope this review helps someone not part with their hard earned money!

5 months and no picture - brutal company

Zero stars. I ordered a picture as a gift June 15th. After relentlessly chasing for an update I finally got a revised drawing returned. However, we have still not recieved our picture...nearly 5 months later. What is more frustrating is my emails are not being returned. I'm also being bombarded with emails from them offering Xmas delivery. I think I've just thrown £91 down the drain...unless of course I follow a previous reviewer and take it to court.

Do not buy!

I think this company has gone out of business as they are no longer replying to my order.

Very odd that 99% of previous reviews are very bad, then he gets 4 excellent ones at exactly the same moment 12 hours ago 😂😂😂😂 how dumb do they think people are!!

I suggest people scroll down to the guy who has successfully taken this guy to court for his refund.

DO NOT ORDER!!

Only explanation is that it’s a scam

I placed an order in August and despite many follow up have still nothing received even a concept design. I have requested a refund but have not had a response. Particularly concerning that comments requesting an update are simply deleted from their Instagram. In addition, they seem to have now blocked me on Instagram.

Do not purchase from this company and do not believe the positive responses below.

Scam Artists - Should be shut down

Item never arrived. No refund issued. 9 months and they’ve taken my cash, I’ve received nothing and they don’t respond to emails. £80 I might as well have flushed down the toilet. Shocking company. Genuinely shocking

For sure a scam!!!

For sure a scam!!!! I ordered my gift in June still didn’t receive it even after many emails that they will refund my money. They advertise like crazy in Facebook but please do not trust them!!! You will not receive your item

And to think I actually paid more to add 2 dogs. Way to scam people .

They are a disgrace

Simon Shubrook the owner/director the person on how the company operates cannot be trusted. After 84 days no product, more promises by him then told another 3 weeks.
105 days and definitely no guarantee I had not choice but to cancel the order and he agreed a full refund , 10-14 days maybe sooner !!! Every email is answered with 10-14 and No surprises after 14 days no refund.

I honestly cannot remember dealing with such a crass company full of deception in their answers. Their website is misleading and deceptive by stating 30 days for delivery.

Please do not buy from Weebods Ltd they do not deserve your hard earned money.

They have been emailing a Christmas offer of 20% off order now for Christmas delivery !!! An absolute joke and leaves me wondering if Weebods Ltd will be in business in 2022

If you read the other reviews you will see the same theme runs through most. I wish I had before placing my order and paying on the 26th July !!

SCAM! DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY! SCAM! I have been blocked on their Facebook page after commenting on a post asking for an update on my order which is months old! Report their page to Facebook / Instagram as a scam and avoid at all costs! If you have Brought make a claim/dispute with your bank or credit card company!
Proceed with caution! I ordered my product on 07/09. I was told I should have the order proof by 18/10 as they were running a week behind schedule. It’s now 30/10 and I have had no communication at all from the company with any updates on this order.

I have emailed them, messaged on Facebook and Instagram but they do not respond with any meaningful reply. I include my order number in all messages, yet the reply I get always says “sorry to hear this, please send your order number and will look in to this”

Customer service is horrible and unfortunately don’t think I will be getting my money back or the product. There is no phone number and no one responds to emails or social media messages. Today I have blocked from their Facebook page and can no longer comment on posts.

Please report this business and don’t fall victim to their scam! Read the other reviews. These guys are not real.

Do not use this service

Buyers beware and do yourself a favour. Read all the reviews first because this service will just take your money and will have one excuse after another why the product is not even completed months and months past the deadline. A complete waste of money.

Dont use

Dont use. Failed to deliver for Christmas delivery. Months late. Service atrocious. Unimpressed with product: frame but no glass, people design only okay, quite simplistic. Zero compensation only interested in your money, not good customer service. Excuse after excuse. Avoid.

Don't use

Ordered in March. They were delayed doing the proof design until June. I've chased every month since and they always very politely respond explaining what the delay is (oversight, staff illness, supply issues) and tell me my order will be with me in a couple of weeks. But I still don't have my order.

If there was a zero star option I’d choose it - placed an order but ended up having to cancel as wasn’t going to arrive in time for my wedding anniversary - 3 months on and many chasing emails later I am still waiting for a refund - just keep being fobbed off with excuses about difficulty in refunding due to technical issues or that my refund will appear within 10 days - I will be taking further action now - DO NOT USE!!
