I've been looking forward to my wee boxes for about 18 months now, I love the fact they use local artisans to give the true Scottish feel. Each box is a surprise and I have used a lot of the contents as gifts to my loved one - my grand daughter LOVES the wee coo items!

WeeBox has figured significantly in my desire to travel to Scotland, which I did in 2024. And I am planning a return trip in 2026. The WeeBlether insert also helps me get to know different areas, traditions, and people of the country. I love WeeBox!

I have been a WeeBox customer for several years. I had a problem with tracking my June 2025 WeeBox. The tracking number I received never worked, and I hadn't received the box by June 25th. I contacted customer service twice with no response. I also commented on one of their Facebook posts about it but still received no response. It finally showed up, but there were some bath soap crystals inside that had melted all over everything else. As a result, I canceled my subscription because NO RESPONSE means I'm on my own and have no way to recoup money for a no-show or damaged box.
EDITED to add that they did reach out to me for more information, but when I provided the information, I received no further communication. I haven't received ANY tracking information for the July Weebox; it is my understanding that my subscription won't officially cancel for a year. I've already been charged for the July box, so where is my tracking info?

I really liked Weebox but they ignore that I never got my Glencoe Weebox. I emailed but no answer! I don't think I'm going to order April's box because what if it will be problem there too. :( They don't seem to care if they lose me as a member but they gladly took my money!

I've been a subscriber on and off for several years now, and always looked forward to receiving my purple box. The gifts were definitely worth the value and, while there were a few shipping issues, international holdups and such, they were resolved quickly, thanks to Morag.
Unfortunately, the Christmas Weebox really disappointed. I was so excited for the Nessie ladle, because these items are exclusive to Scottish makers, right? That's a selling point of theirs, you can't get these products outside of Scotland. Come to find out, you can buy that exact ladle on Amazon. Other items are China made. The fiery fudge was inedible due to the texture, one of the "gifts" was the same tea saucer that I now one THREE of (recycling much?) and while the apron was cute, I find myself missing the Wee Blether and wondering why it is such a big deal to change from a beautiful newsletter, full of recipes and stories, to a postcard. Honestly, it feels as though Weebox has gone the way of many companies and gotten cheap, which is sad considering many of us are long time fans. I juxtapose what I received in December against the gorgeous coo cheese platter set (which took four months to collect, after which they put it into the emporium where you could just buy it instead of subscribing) and I don't feel as though it's worth it anymore. The shipping cost and ongoing delivery problems, including no tracking numbers, no emails,etc. plus deteriorating quality mean I cancelled my subscription this morning. 😔 I'll go to the makers websites directly from now on.

The standard seems to have dropped in the last few months. Was disappointed to get a repeat gift and some made in China! The Wee Bletha has changed to a postcard too. No nice stories etc. Has the company changed hands?
Supposed to be a Scottish Castle theme but hard to see how a plastic ladle and a biscuit showcase that.
