Our shower was not working which is a nightmare for our family. From our first call to the WeFix team the level of service was outstanding.
We had a plumber with us in no time, super smart and tidy and got the shower all sorted really promptly.

Absolute life savers
Absolute life savers! Water flooding out of my bathroom at stupid o'clock, unable to reach my landlord and they were onsite within an hour.
You hear horror stories of being ripped off by emergency plumbers but from the moment they answered the phone I knew they were the right choice.
Stopped the leak. Hoovered up the water. Even gave me advice on what to do if something like that happens again.

recently hired WeFix London for a plumbing issue at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, responsive, and professional. They scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived right on time.
The plumber was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He clearly explained the problem and walked me through the repair process. The work was completed with great attention to detail, and everything is now working perfectly. I also appreciated how clean and respectful they were of my home.

Confusion between this company and WeFix 24
Apparently another company called WeFix 24 Ltd. is trying to scam people. These are the "good" WeFix. They were professional is clearing the mixup.

Plumbing issues fully resolved
Ben arrived on time. He quickly worked out the issues demonstrating that he knew his stuff and set to work. He fixed the cistern problems quickly. The bath taps were more difficult as they were seized up. Ben had to remove bath panel and install new fittings and also replace wood strip which broke when removed. He did a good job of colour matching the replacement piece of wood.

Boiler replacement
When our hot water system gave up Wefix were very prompt in sending someone round to diagnose the problem and then schedule replacing the system. Lewis did an excellent job, leaving everything in a pristine condition and taking the trouble to return later in the day to check everything was working as it should. And the bill was £200 less than the estimate as some parts were cheaper than expected.

A refreshing change!
After the pain of dealing with other plumbers WF have been really good. Billy came to take a look very quickly, and gave us a quote. He then returned when requested at quite short notice and finished the job in a little less time than anticipated. Not the cheapest (but then cheap means trouble in this business...) but good value for being considerate, trustworthy and reliable.

Reliable and friendly service
We called WeFix to come out as our sink was leaking and wasn’t working properly. Couldn’t recommend them enough, they had it repaired super quickly and overall was just a really seamless and friendly service. Would definitely use them again!
