I love this site. It has loads of data on food and it's very easy to complete. It works out the amount of calories I can have a day according to my age and height in order to lose weight safely. The amount of exercise calories can also be logged which can then be added to the amount of calories I can have. You can also create your own recipes and store them for future use. If you are serious about loosing weight and want to try the trusted method of eat less and move more then this is for you. Ps it was a total shock that a bottle of my favourite prosecco has over 600 cals! That's a serious dent in the daily amount so I ensure I only have alcohol on Fridays now and about a half bottle on a Saturday. This site helped me to become super aware of the amount of calories in food and reduce accordingly.

The WLR website is easy to use. I kind of enjoy entering the food and sometimes it is a shock but very educational as to the amount of calories I am consuming. This allows me to adjust my food And make the right decisions. The exercise is encouraging because the more you do you can have a little bit more food. It is a well thought out website and I love using it.

Really useful site, enjoying the challenges. Would be better if it was an app. Some of foods are confusing- chicken raw fewer cals than cooked but who eats raw chicken 🤷♀️

Excellent resource. Easy to use and well worth the investment. I have found that the tried and trusted calorie tracking has worked so very much better than the low-fat, low-carb, high-protein fad diets I've tried in the past. Love this diet, i used to do one very similar a few years ago and that was great, but they stopped doing it, so i am so so happy that i have found this one and i have reached my goal last week but decided i want to lose 4 more lb for mid jul.
