hello is the second time I write this…

hello is the second time I write this review for this seller as trustpilot at least towards me has sinned of little transparency. And I republish it to give due gratitude to this seller:
Recently purchased a cot from welcomemrbaby. However, on unpacking I noticed the plastic on the top of one of the side frames had a crack and so was defective.

I contacted customer service and they were very responsive and arranged for the replacement frame to be delivered and kept me updated on status. I was impressed at how they addressed the problem. Better of course to receive an undamaged product first time round, but what could have been a real chore was made as simple as it could have been.

DO NOT BUY FROM WELCOME MR BABY! They did not send my order and then when I requested a refund they sent a part refund. I am still 2 months later waiting for the remainder of my refund. Thankfully my banks fraud department are now dealing with this so I hope to be fully refunded. This should never happen. BEWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, they had no intention to send my order and they have now ignored all messages regarding my refund which is still outstanding. They should be closed down. After not receiving my order and requesting the part refund. They seem to be ignoring all messages. I have now contacted Action Fraud who will be investigating their company and hopefully will be closing them down. Please do not order from them. Edit: After reading their reply. I was NOT OFFERED ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY REFUSED TO REPLY TO EMAILS. This company is scamming people out of money. I posted a message on their Facebook after they refused to reply to my emails and they removed it and blocked me. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I want my FULL REFUND and now I have given all details to my Bank who will investigate and Action Fraud.

Mrs. Lovell is wrong, and she was explained and walked through the Terms & Conditions transparently explained on our website. Nevertheless, she insisted on her position despite the fact that she accepted them when placing the order. It is nothing more than common sense: she ordered the product that she was well aware that would have necessitated to the retrieved from the manufacturer specifically for her, then she decided to withdraw from the order when it was too late for us to cancel it, therefore the product is still sitting in our inventory. To add to transparency and good willing, Mrs. Lovell was offered to obtain back the 15% cancelation fee in case she would change her mind again and decide after all to honor the order and receive the product

Update: today , 24th of July , I have received tatamia chair. I had to pay taxes and there were left 2 month since I bought the product. I am removing previous complain however my overall experience is not so well with this company

Inglesina Aptica buggy to Copenaghen!

This website features products that I could not find anywhere else. I was specifically looking an Inglesina buggy because I was crazy for the design. No way I could fine one here in Copenaghen. Frankly my experience was superb, from the moment I ordered to the moment I received the package not more than 20 days went by (I chose a colour not in stock). I confess that while waiting I bombarded the customer service with several emails because I got anxious, but they have been pretty helpful and reassuring all along.

Please note: for some reason Trustpilot has initially removed my post, I have no idea why. I insist that this will be published, I owe a great deal to this company and they deserve a good feedback.

Very demanding buyer made happy

Not a doubt in my mind that I will buy again from this website. I love being answered to quickly and thoroughly. Yes, a bit pricey but I found it worth it. In my opinion the choices offered for car seats in unmatched.

Great experience

We live in the middle of nowhere, not easy to source baby products around here.
I was forced to shop online and got intrigued by the selection that this company was offering.
Lots of Italian brands, hard to resist. I might ended up buying more products than I initially intended to, but they were nice enough to bundle the shipment and help me save money of fees.
Great experience, made my money worth it. I got texted by the courier with constant updates on the delivery time, and even if I did not have to go anywhere that day, it made me feel taken care of.

Baby bath to the UK quicker than Superman

My baby girl needed a baby bath and I went online in search for a stylish one.
This company featured some interesting models and I went for it, even if they were located abroad.
I then was amazed by the efficiency of the process.
Delivery was swift, and the package arrived in nice condition.
They even added a nice note of wishes for my little one.
Loved it! 5 stars!

My Chicco Baby Bath arrived in good…

My Chicco Baby Bath arrived in good condition across the border. US customs were kind enough to speed things up for me. The shop made sure that the courier would not mishandle the box. Overall the process was smooth and the interaction efficient and painless, which is what I was looking for. Who has time these days to go through long discussions with dishonest sellers?

I was very pleased with the service of…

I was very pleased with the service of this company. I wanted to send a gift to a friend of mine in Italy for the birth of her child as I was unable to physically bring it to her (I live in the Netherlands, not to mention the lockdown). I contacted Mr. Niro, who first by e-mail, then by telephone helped me choose the most appropriate gift. The product was not immediately available, nevertheless within the prospected 15 days was shipped and I received the thanks and satisfaction of my dear friend. All perfect.

Inglesina stroller

I purchased Inglesina Aptica Cashmere Beige stroller and i am happy with it!
I asked information via e-mail and the owner was helpful. We also called them and they did reply.
I did not trust the company at the beginning because of some bad reviews but i had a positive experience with them.
Today i received the stroller. It is perfect!
The company also respected the times for shipping.

Do not buy from this store.

Edit. Finally after several replies from them saying just wait a few more days or it’s stuck at the border rubbish , I requested a refund after waiting 53 days with still no clear idea if when I may receive my item.
7 days later they processed a refund but kept 7 percent of the money I paid.
I will never ever use this company nor will I encourage anyone else to.
They clearly make a lot of money from not supplying goods but keeping a percentage of all orders cancelled.
They’ve even disabled Facebook reviews as so many people were having the same problem as I was.
Absolutely disgraceful people.
Dishonest with their advertising and customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced

I ordered a side car stroller. Showed as delivery 7-10 days. I placed the order. Money was taken immediately. I then waited.
No feedback from where my order was. I messaged them and got a reply that the item was not in stock and that it would be arriving within a few days and would be shipped once in.
I have since messaged multiple times. Requested a delivery date from their supplier.
Requested any kind of feedback.
After 14 messages I’ve had a few generic messages back and still no answer as to when I will get my item. It’s now been 25 days. After reading their reviews I wish I had never ordered through them.
Appalling customer service. Not truthful with delivery times nor if items are a actually available when order is placed.
Do not buy off this site if you expect the item during their advertised delivery dates.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience. A Bloom highchair delivered in a satisfactory timeframe and at a reasonable cost. They even offered me free shipping, which I was not expecting. I particularly appreciated the nice answers I received through webchat, that made me overcome initial hesitations in ordering a product from a different country. 5 stars for me!

I can honestly say that my experience with the company has been very good. They have responded to my queries in a timely fashion and even stepped in to get my parcel delivered when DPD had it held up in their backlog. Great service.

No issues with my order

I was a little nervous having read the previous negative reviews but noticed that a lot of them have been replied to by the store.
I placed my order and it did take a lot longer than expected to arrive in Australia. I contacted customer service a few times and always received a reply when I queried about my order.

My order finally arrived and was what I ordered and in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I'm very happy

How else would I describe my purchase experience other than perfect? I bought this great Peg Perego tide-on toy, a replica of a John Deere tractor, and these people were able to pull out a miracle, despite Brexit, despite COVID-19, despite the situation at the UK border in the past few days...the vehicle was delivered to my son yesterday! One day before Christmas! You all should have seen his eyes when the delivery man rang at out door with this huge package at his feet. It is impossible to show my gratitude because one thing is to create expectations, another is to deliver them. Very happy mum...by the way, my son made me recharge the battery four times already since last night...please give me a break...

PERFECT EXPERIENCE...REALLY TOP!

I have recently purchased a Peg Perego twin buggy complete with car seat and some accessories. I found the company very professional and most importantly proactive in taking care of any doubt or queries I had to ask while ordering and before receiving the goods. Actually, they made two separate shipments (buggy first, immediately available, accessories later) without any extra shipping charge. I can easily recommend the website and the company. Very easy to talk to and to reach, perfect customer service, and we are very happy with the products! TOP!

I am ABSOLUTELY disgusted with this…

I am ABSOLUTELY disgusted with this company, how it operates and its customer service!
The only number I have reference my order is from a screen shot taken at the time of order confirming my payment - 18188.
I emailed you to ask about delivery times to the USA as I had ordered a Silver Cross Sleepover. After a few days you eventually emailed back ( the automated reply said 24 hours) to state it was out of stock. I then emailed asking when it will be in stock as it is needed fairly soon. No reply. Today I checked my bank statement to see you have taken my money - £1372. How dare you take my money before you have shipped the item ,or even have it in stock- this is wrong on every level. I have raised it with my bank and we will be attempting to claim a FULL refund. I have cancelled my order and expect a FULL refund as you have breeched the conditions not me by not having an item in stock but taking payment. I shouldn't have even been able to order it if it wasn't in stock!! An absolute DISGRACE and judging from the comments/reviews you need to be shut down as a company. Let's see how long it takes you to respond on here!!
