I ordered some medicine. After one month of waiting I receive a letter from the courier that the parcel is delivered, which wasn't true. After couple of weeks of waiting they find out that the parcel was sent to completely other address than was given to them. After I asked to refund, they just disappear and don't answer neither email, nor phone. The refund is not received.
