Wonderful customer service for last minute orders, very helpful in getting in more order for a next day delivery

I've used Wellbox for over a year, and their products and the team are great! Highly recommend if you are looking for high-quality products while also helping worthy causes.

They offer a wide selection of boxes especially for those with intolerances. The box came nicely presented as well.

I bought the wellbox package as a thank you gift for the care staff who did such a great job looking after my mum in her last few weeks and months. I've had feedback to say they appreciated the gift and enjoyed the products!

The web site is difficult to negotiate. The telephone clicks off when you ring and the bot doesn't even answer. I was not told when the flowers were sent. Howeverm they did arrive and I was thanked by the client

Whilst the description of the Sustain wellbox confirms that the box will contain 14 items, the image representation seems to be misleading as it has 20 items, and is in a wicker basket, not a cardboard shoebox as was delivered.
The snacks received were a mixture of very small items and a couple of larger ones, and again the image on the website shows the box being full of larger snack items.
A better representative image is needed, to demonstrate to the customer the wide range of sizes of snacks that they will receive.

The platform was easy to use, the gift options were great (and reasonably priced), and the delivery was very quick!

So easy to use. This box was a prize for a raffle at work where participants took part in a quiz and were then entered into the drawer. We have colleagues across multiple sites and all could take part as the box could be bought but then dispatched later to the winner. Really great will use again

The site is simple to use, the choice of boxes is lovely, the ability to send an order without a home address to ensure the surprise is maintained, great delivery time and the box was very gratefully received.

The gifts were great and the flowers were beautiful and were ready to bloom when delivered.
The best part that was acknowledged by myself and the recipient was that a free meal was given to a person in need, which we though was a very kind touch to the order.

What amazing customer service! We were a pain, ordering last minute and not getting our decisions made on time but Wellbox bent over backwards to help us get it right. I would highly recommend them to other businesses. The service they offer takes the stress out of corporate gifting and their choice of gifts is vast. I'd never use another company now, totally hooked!
