No customer service even when you are a loyal customer !!

Emails sent in answered I am a loyal customer however my last order delivery time is the same as from Europe with no explanation very disappointing with a great product and no customer service maybe Elle needs to look at this Lynne !!!!!!

Bad taste and large half empty jar

Don't know how they can claim this is tasteless. It does have a taste which I dislike. Also, the jar is half empty when you open it - which makes it unnecessarily more inconvenient to carry with you (I travel often).

The Super Elixir is a greens powder, with Barley Grass and Wheat Grass as one of the primary ingredients within the formulation, so therefore will have an underlying earthy taste.

Whilst we have customer's who definitely drink The Super Elixir on it's own or we recommend to also put into smoothies alongside Frozen Fruit, Vegetables and the Nourishing Protein.

Surprisingly good taste, more energy, feel good

I’m really surprised at the bad reviews. I’ve been taking the super elixir for a month and the evening one on and off for a month. I have more energy, I sleep better and my skin is better.
They both taste great which was a real surprise for the green one.
Regarding what someone said on the price. I thought that too, but then compared prices per size and it’s about the same. Eg Rheal or SuperU green powders are £25 but 150g and Welleco is 300g and £50 with subscription ~ so the same price. Also the person that said the tub was half full, that’s true but the powder will weigh what is promised. Not great for the environment but not tricking you on the content.

I've being taking the Super Elixir for…

I've being taking the Super Elixir for 2 weeks and feel good. I do take care with what I eat and I exercise daily . Looking at other super green powders I'm not convinced the price of £63 is justified so I won't be ordering this brand again.

Don’t be scared!

Was scared after reading the reviews. So just want to let others know I found the delivery super fast and I’m in the UK. I put an order in on Monday 10th June and received on Wed 13th June (that is quick delivery) for the super elixir. The expiry date 11/25 so over a year from now! Look forward to trying the product.

Half portions than advertised

Received the elixir hot chocolate and despite being a large jar when opened the powder is only half full. Feels like they are marketing it as a larger size based on the tub but contents do not match.

I can confirm that as stated on the packaging The Evening Elixir does contain 150g of powder per jar.

We have had to pack this in a larger container due to the cocoa powder, as when this settles it does compact in size.

Please rest assured that as advertised this contains 150g of powder but does appear half empty to the eye.

Short expiry dates

My past orders have had 1 month expiry dates, I don’t always take them every day so sometimes have a backlog and need to skip a month’s delivery - so now have 2 boxes of vitamins which expire in Feb! Please send products which don’t expire within 4 weeks!!!! I cancelled my monthly subscription because of this.

Very frustrated with the delivery time

Very frustrated with the delivery time. I ordered 10 days ago and I still don’t have a tracking number . I had an email saying it would be sorted out and sent within 72hours but still nothing. Not great service next time if I think the product is worth the trouble I’ll drive to chemist warehouse and buy. Is there a problem with demand and they don’t have enough product ?? Maybe if there is they should email there customers and be honest or offer a refund.

Very unwell

Please be careful with this product. I took the ‘greens’ powder for 7 days and became very unwell. I stopped taking it and my health improved slowly. I have since contacted them and given the batch number etc. I then received an email saying I should start with smaller doses… I will never ever take this supplement again and suggest others be very careful too.

I got my order within 6 days I didn’t pay to expedite it and wow I feel better already the pineapple and lime taste amazing we will see I have been taking it for an entire week now will send review after a month but after looking into the ingredients how could I be doing something wrong !!

My 5 orders were sent to an incorrect address and I am still waiting

I ordered 5 orders of various products over a 6 week period. I am a loyalty customer member and had not changed my address however all my 5 orders were sent to another address. I had paid for these products and could not get in contact with anyone. I had sent various emails and still waiting. I do love the products but quite unsatisfied with their customer service and operations. They do not seem set-up for large volumes of orders.

Shocking

I’ve ordered from Welleco for years and had no problems. Great products and always received in good time. Then this September I reordered some body scrub. That was 1 month ago now and it has still not appeared. It is also no longer on their website. They have clearly sold me a product that they don’t have in stock and just taken my money anyway. I’ve emailed a few times and they have just responded that it will be coming ‘next week’. It never does. This should not be legal.

I ordered the Super Elixer on September 13th. (76,- euros)
Still haven’t received my package.
Not did I receive any updates.
I have contacted customer support twice.
No response.
They don’t have a phone number or a way to cancel the order.
Very unhappy about all of this.
