Although my membership was basic, it allowed me access to so many different kinds of gyms and classes closest to home. It also included body massages twice a month.

I find it unacceptable that it can take up to 30 days for Wellhub to update the information registered by the company on the platform. I needed them to adjust my email so it would work on the platform, and so far it has already been 3 days with no update. The estimate that it can take up to a month is outrageous — it’s a simple adjustment to an email that is already registered, how can this take so long? In the meantime, I can’t use the platform because I get stuck at the very first step, where I need to complete the registration. When contacting support, they only say that it can take up to 30 days and then simply close the ticket. What a ridiculous business rule.
update: they responded my review but didn't contact me or provided any support

So much stress, quit 3 days into the 7 day trial.
My work offered me Wellhub as a benefit. I carefully choreographed the ending of my Everyone Active @ Haslemere membership with the starting of my 7 day Well hub trial.
Instantly regretted it. The check-in process didn't work (exactly as I had been warned by staff and fellow gym-goers) and I had to be chaperoned to the changing room and gym to get through the QR code locks.
The Well Hub trial took me from a member of my local gym to a second class citizen.
Whatever Well Hub say, their tech just didn't work. It was a complete nightmare for me for the whole 3 days that I managed to stick with the 7 day trial before.
As of 02/2026 I cannot recommend,

It's great to have a subscription that is so well valued and actually usable. Great value too.

Tried to check in 3 times didn’t work. Support was unavailable so I opened a ticket and no one responded. 2 hours later I contacted support again and they did absolutely nothing.
Terrible service

Gave them another chanceand they keep failing.
Their own rules are draconian.
The review applies to Ireland i am not sure what happening in other countries but their prices from the other reviews seems to be excessive.
I have been on and off wellhub forced to give them another opportunity.
Classes: I don't care i don't use it have no plan to use it so don't moan about it when you answer the review.
Apps: freemium apps don't care don't use it does not add any value to my need of use.
Online PT : they only have 2 don't care don't use it online PT will never work, actually they have only one the other one of ofcourse is YOGA.
So to the body of review.
In ireland its seems that "wellhub" is against adding functional gyms.
They keep adding any sort of dancing classes belly dance fit dance whatever. YOGA everywhere all sort of random S*** that only only a niche of people use.
I don't travel much pretty much need gym+ pool near the house and gym plus pool near work but the actual options are limited as they are against of adding gyms.
I referred like 4-6 places during my time with " gym pass wellhub" call your self whatever. Non of those were added or they don't even bother to report back. You have no buying power here so go away before pitching yourself re think your purpose. If you here to save workplace money go for it but remove that you care about the employees themselves.
I understand that you need to impress investors before planned IPO but you forgot what your actual goal and what problem you here to solve.
Your checking in hostage fee is ridiculous if someone pay extra he should be able to go classes if he wish you can keep forcing people to pay you ( you do you i don't care i don't use classes) but don't complain after.
Some of the 5 star reviews made by employees of your own companies which need to be reported to the trust pilot you guys are crooks.
We literally in ireland had to take the cost of wellness on our bank account because you don't want to add any gym only places with really low traffic that on normal day does not have any traffic.
Please evolve or just say thay here in ireland you can't deliver a real usable product.

The real issue is that Wellhub pays gyms so poorly that members are effectively treated as second-tier customers. The business model is built on using Wellhub users to fill overcapacity, not to provide equal access.
In practice, this means no class bookings, no app access, and no guarantees. For popular activities like yoga or pilates, even in gyms where Wellhub members are technically allowed, it’s common to be removed from classes or limiting you to make room for the gym’s own paying members.
Wellhub only makes sense if you stick to machines and off-peak hours. If group classes are part of your training, the service simply doesn’t deliver real value.

Companies should not use Wellhub as a benefit for their employes. What a terrible company. I got a membership through my work, and I paid an extra $140/month for their platinum membership to access more studios every month. BUT, they require you to check into their app for every class you take, otherwise you lose the entire $140 you put in unless you pay another $30 for the "missed class". The app is so buggy so that even if I tried to checkin half the time, it doesn't log properly. When I try to reach out to customer service, they're also super unhelpful and and has a lot of attitude. Overall shitty business, app, and customer service all around.

Constant price hikes with zero transparency. Gympass is becoming a rip off.
Gympass used to be attractive because it was genuinely subsidised by employers. That is no longer the case. Prices keep going up across Starter and Silver tiers, yet there is no clear explanation of what extra value you are actually getting.
Emails talk vaguely about “more wellbeing options”, more gyms and private classes, but when you look at what is actually available on the lower tiers, nothing meaningful has changed. No clear list of added gyms. No clear breakdown of new classes. Just higher monthly costs.
At the current price point, Gympass is barely cheaper than going direct to gyms, despite being far more restrictive. Hiking prices without clearly outlining tangible improvements feels misleading and poor value.
If you are considering Gympass, do the maths carefully. What used to be a subsidised perk now feels like a subscription quietly creeping up in price without justification.

My Wellness business is fraudulently being advertised as a partner on this site under a variety of plans. I discovered this upon searching my business. I have no partner agreement with them. This is theft of my data, false advertising and misreprestation. I tried to email but there is no details. So take note, to whom it concerns, legal action will follow if my details Village Yoga /Village Wellness is not immediately removed from this platform. Do not trust this website/platform

I pay hundreds of dollars a month for Wellhub, and I have never experienced customer service this bad. Their cancellation policy is absurdly punitive toward customers. You’re essentially not allowed to cancel even ONE class a month without being threatened with losing your ability to book classes for the entire month.
Because of this, I was forced to drive out during a snowstorm, sitting in 45 minutes of traffic just to go 3 miles, because canceling wasn’t an option. I finally arrive at the studio… and the instructor never shows up. The building is locked. No class. No explanation.
And somehow, according to Wellhub, this is my fault. They refused to let me take another class that day, despite the fact that I showed up on time in dangerous weather and the class literally did not happen. So if a customer cancels, you’re punished. If an instructor cancels (or doesn’t bother showing up at all), the customer is just out of luck.
Wellhub holds cancellations over customers’ heads but takes zero accountability when studios or instructors fail to deliver. For a company charging this much, the lack of fairness and basic customer care is shocking.
I do not recommend signing up for this service unless you enjoy paying a premium to be treated like you don’t matter.

When we first got this through work, you were allowed to miss one or two classes a month. I never did this frequently, but very very occasionally there were travel issues or illness that meant I was unable to cancel within the 12-hour period. I did always cancel the class to make the studio aware.
They have since changed the policy so that if you miss a class by accident, you are either locked out completely or required to pay a fine. When you’re on a £200-a-month plan so you can attend more classes regularly, this becomes a nightmare scenario. It punishes you for spending more, while providing no flexibility to cancel classes outside of the 12-hour window.
They keep making it more restrictive, and I am seriously considering cancelling. Ive gone from recommending it to people in the business to not.

I get this free through my work. They advertise that you can sign up your spouse for $11.99 a month what they don’t tell you until after you subscribe is that that doesn’t include any of the gyms in your area there’s no phone number you can call to get a hold of somebody and you have to chat online for support. To add the subscription for my wife that would cover a gym in our town. it was three times the advertised price. These people are a scam.

I like all the options but you guys have the worst system for check in. it it so stressful and only being able to check in to one gym a day sucks. OnePass was so much better where you just got a tag for things like crunch and had to reserve spots for class based. Wellhub is unfortunately the best of the worst options but your system is so flawed

Reply from Wellhub
Your missed class policy is way too strict. Many of the gyms I’ve signed up for don’t train their employees so they have no idea how to check you in properly. 3 times I signed up for classes only to get to the studio and be informed the class I booked isn’t actually covered by Wellhub and I’d have to pay out of pocket.

They are at the level of a scammer - they charged me with no notice (no email about my upcoming debit), then after deleting my subscription (after 2 minutes from the charge), I texted customer service, and this lady tells me I don't have the right to a refund cause it was automatic. This is why companies deserve to fail, scammer level. incredible
