Wellpottedplantsae.com delivered two small unhealthy plants to my doorstep without completing the added service of removing old plants and potting new ones. I’m currently attempting to get them to rectify their mistakes, but they haven’t yet.

Terrible Customer Service
I paid extra for a same day delivery of a plant for my parents’ anniversary, but the order didn’t arrive on time. Nobody bothered to inform me, despite my repeated calls and WhatsApp messages all of which were ignored.
If you cannot honor same-day delivery, then don’t charge customers for it. The lack of communication and accountability was shocking. To make it worse, when the plant finally arrived, it was just dumped at the front gate without even waiting for me to collect it. Not a single apology was offered for the poor service.
This was an unprofessional and frustrating experience from start to finish. I would never purchase from them again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

They advertised a 3m Traveller Palm for…
They advertised a 3m Traveller Palm for sale. The Palm delivered is just over 1m. They took payment for 5 large pots, and delivered 4 medium pots and one very small one. On contact, they denied sending the wrong items, and when presented with the evidence have ignored all contact by phone, whatsapp and email.
The issue could have been easily resolved by sending the correct items, but they have chosen to ignore it instead.
2,500 aed of goods not delivered.

thieves and scammers
I was very disappointed with my recent order. The plant arrived unhealthy, and the delivery person made an inappropriate comment that made me feel unsafe. Customer service ignored my requests for a return or refund and later sent rude, threatening messages. This experience was not about the cost but about principle — customers should feel safe, respected, and have their concerns acknowledged. I hope the business improves its service so future customers don’t face the same issues.

They promised me an exchange would be possible however once plant was delivered and put in front of my door, I realised that the plant is not according to the description of what I was planning to buy (dimensions, look). After contacting their customer service they said they would check with the manager, afterwards they stopped replying and ignore my messages and calls. DON'T BUY here!

I had a very bad experience with this…
I had a very bad experience with this company. Good thing we never purchased anything yet from them. They know that the site is still under contruction and he starts complaining that I am wasting his time going there because it is not passable at all. Take note, out of all the companies we called for site visit, they are the only one who complained! What do they expect with under construction and office workers are there? A clean and tidy office? Very rude approach and even threatened me that he will file a police complaint. THE AUDACITY! This is pure harassment.

They are the worst
They are the worst. They brought the wrong pots, and when I contacted them, they just ignored my messages. They had only placed leaves in the soil to make the plant look full. The leaves eventually turned yellow, and we discovered they weren’t actually part of the plant , just leaves without any roots.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience — avoid at all costs!
I strongly do not recommend this company. The plants they send look nothing like the photos — it's like ordering from a very cheap store, and what you receive is a poor imitation. The customer service is just as bad. They don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to messages, and seem to disappear once your payment is made.
The delivery was another disaster. The driver dropped the plants outside without even ringing the bell — probably because they know how disappointed customers usually are. My order took over a week to arrive, and when it finally did, they tried delivering plants are ill and the plants have eaten leaves by insects. Proces are double or even triple what you’ll find elsewhere. I only wish I had seen the other reviews earlier.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I ended up ordering from another provider (greenie.ae) and got my plants the next business day — no drama, and at half the price.
Lesson learned. Stay far away from this company.
