Well Potted Plants 

They are a scam company. If you ask for home delivery they will take your money and they will NOT deliver. Then they will block you so you cannot contact them. STAY CLEAR!

The saucer ordered for 27 dhs was not delivered. Even after several complaints they left me unread on watsapp. I will complain to the Dubai Economic Department

I don't recommend them.. They send plants that don't look like the pictures at all, as if you were ordering from Ali Express... and bad customer service, they do not answer the number... and the delivery guy put the plants outside and ran away without ringing the bell because he knows the customers' reaction 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Really bad experience!! If i could put negative stars i will!! They delivered my plant in the wrong house and blame me for it. They did not message or call before delivery and after delivery. They Drop the plant in someone’s villa and took a picture. And if i did not follow up on it i wont know that my plant is lost in someones house. When them about it( specifically the Filipina lady) that i did not receive my plant she started being so rude, screaming and even put down the phone when i am talking. She Doesn't answer my calls after that.

I ordered a plant from Well Potted Plants on May 20, 2025, gave the correct address, and paid in full. They delivered it to the wrong address and never came back to fix the issue. I followed up multiple times, but they ignored me and eventually blocked my number.

They took my money and provided no solution, no replacement, no refund — just silence. This is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I’m posting this to warn others: be careful dealing with this company. I truly regret trusting them.

I only wish I had read the reviews before buying with them. Bought a plant on the website 4 days ago and received zero contact from the shop. Three days later I sent an inquiry by WhatsApp regarding the delivery and they stopped answering. Today, 4 days later, I again sent a message and they said that MAYBE it will be delivered tomorrow or the day after, that I should rest assured. Who knows if I’ll ever receive my order.

Please do not order from this. I placed my order and it was never delivered, no one answers calls and email and they blocked me in facebook after commenting about what they have done. Please return my money and stop scamming people

Delivered the wrong plant, ordered 3 beige pots, delivered 2x beige and a white pot, Delivered Bougaunvillea of the wrong colour.

The delivery was super quick and the plant arrived in perfect condition—with a stylish ceramic pot that looks stunning in my living room. It was exactly as shown, fresh, healthy, and ready to brighten up my space.
I also love how low-maintenance it is—perfect for someone like me who forgets to water! Great quality, great service. Will definitely order again!

Not Recommended – Poor Quality and No Customer Support

I’ve ordered twice from Wellpotted, and both times I received plants that were in poor condition. The quality was disappointing — the plants looked unhealthy and not as advertised. What’s worse, when I reached out to address the issue, there was no effort from their side to replace or make up for the bad order. It’s very frustrating as a customer to be ignored like this. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this platform. They clearly do not prioritize customer satisfaction or product quality.

They have sent damaged plants infested with beetles and when I requested a refund less than 24h after delivery, they stopped replying to my messages.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
The sent me a wrong color, size and pot than ordered and refused to take it back and refund my money. On top of that the plants’s soil is filled with styrophoam!!
They keep ignoring my messages and my calls. I wish I saw the reviews before I bought but who’d excpect you can get with plants;((

I ordered my plant on Feb 15th and it is now May 27th. I managed to contact them 3 weeks ago and they said they would put it through as urgent. Now, no-one answers calls or whatssapp or emails. As far as I am concerned, this is theft.

Very unprofessional, I don’t recommend any one to work with them , they don’t respect about the agreed items , plus the boss she sais something and later do something totally different , they even bring pods with no trays

I ordered two plant bundles totaling approximately AED 1,800. From the first bundle (Office Plants – Bundle of 7), two of the plants delivered were not what I ordered, and one appeared to be a very young cutting from the nursery—too thin and lacking foliage. The same issue occurred with the second bundle (Office Plants – Budget Combo of 3); two out of the three plants were incorrect.

Additionally, the pots I had confirmed for repotting were not the ones delivered, despite prior agreement.

The delivery was made on Wednesday, and I was told replacements would be arranged by Saturday. However, nothing has happened since, and now they are no longer responding to my calls. On WhatsApp, the only response I receive is: “The manager is always busy,” which they claim is why they cannot confirm a replacement.

After reading numerous similar reviews on TrustPilot, I’m now wondering whether we can escalate this issue to Consumer Rights. I regret not checking the reviews before placing my order.

I ordered a “hard to kill” plant thinking it was a bundle deal, turned out to be one pot with two stalks at exorbitant price, the plant was shipped from India (according to their customer service) and could not be returned upon request right after I made the payment ….

The soil was so bad, that my existing plants started to wilt after I repotted them.

Please avoid, total scam website. Sell at 500% the market price.

Same shocking experience as others have written. Prices are double or triple other stores and it took a month to finally get my order after they tried delivering me substandard plants that I had to reject. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering ! I finally ordered somewhere else (greenie.ae) and they delivered the next business day without fuss and half the price. Lesson learnt …

Everything went WRONG with this company!! They are a total scammer and wish I had read all these reviews before buying from them.

Late delivery! First I was told that the delivery will be on the next day. Next day came nothing. When called, she said it will be next week instead, and when I asked her once again, the answer changed to tomorrow. From today, to tomorrow, to next week, no consistency and proper scheduling for delivery.

Second, they sent the WRONG plant! I refused to accept the plant and asked them to took it back right away. I told the lady on whatsapp that I would want to proceed with the refund.

And ever since that, she STOPPED replying and answering my calls. I've been calling her for MILLION times and she will never pick up. Whatsapp, calls, emails, DMs, all were never replied!!! However, when I tried calling using my husband's, she did answer the phone??!!?! Really unprofessional and agdjwhehdjeh!!!

I even told her that I will bring this matter to the authorities. But guess they are just used to this.

Now, no refund, no plants. I will never buy anything from them ever again!!!

It’s been now 12 days since I payed.
No delivery of the plants bought, no reply on WhatsApp and no reply over the phone line.

It’s theft … this company should be shut down immediately

Make yourself a favor if you like your money or time and go buy somewhere else
