Thanks for giving our free program a try - we're thrilled to hear that it was able to help. We realize that we can't help every patient, with every prescription, at every pharmacy, so we particularly appreciate it when people find a few moments to share stories of their positive experiences (and not just ones about when we were unable to help).

Please keep in mind that Rx prices are very volatile, and they often change far more frequently than most patients realize. We always do very our best to negotiate the best savings possible through our partners at the all the pharmacies. However, our ability to get deep discounts can be impacted by changes in the prices from the drug manufacturers. Sometimes, the savings available through ScriptSave WellRx will go up .... other times they come down. Therefore, it's always worth keeping an eye on the free price-check tool at www.wellrx.com

We're delighted to hear that the ScriptSave WellRx program is working for you, Richard - and thanks for taking the time to leave a review for others who might still be a little skeptical about our free savings card.

Regarding price differences like the one you highlighted, it's likely that there was a slight difference in the details of the drug that was being priced on our website, relative to the drug that was dispensed per the prescription. For example, it might have been that the strength of the medication that you price-checked on our site was not identical to the strength on the prescription. Or, if it was a generic medication, it's very possible that there are more than one manufacturer making their own version of that drug ... and that your pharmacy didn't have the absolute cheapest manufacturer's version in stock. When that happens, it's often possible to ask the pharmacy to make a special order of the specific version of the generic. Needless to say, of course, this takes time and means a delay in starting the prescribed course, as well as another trip back to the pharmacy.
