ordered Kansas State whisky bottle. Got the initial confirmation email but then no updates for 2 weeks. Sent an email about my order and was told that the molds were too expensive and they were not going to make my order but instead offered me a pair of counterfit nike's. Told them no thanks just refund my $ but never got my refund. Learned my lesson should have done more due diligence before making a purchase and I wouls have seen the other negative rewiews.

This company is bad news!!! It's been 7 weeks since I placed my order and I haven't received anything except the initial email saying my order has been placed. I've sent them 2 emails asking for the status of my order with no response. Today I tried calling their number and it's been disconnected. I also tried calling the phone number on my bank statement where I paid them, and that number has also been disconnected. I'm out $70 and that makes me very angry.

I ordered the commerative L.A. Dodgers whiskey bottle that sure did look beautiful in the pictures.
What I received was a piece of crap with many misspellings on the labels and everything is done very cheaply. I tried to contact them to start the return but first thing they ask is order number. I never received one.

I am very disappointed by the purchased article (Packers Shift Gear Hoodie)! It does not really correspond to the quality that you expect when you see the picture. The color is different and the processing bad. And it generally seems to be another material than shown in the picture.

I ordered a limited edition Cincinnati Bengals whiskey bottle and after waiting 2 months I finally received it and it's painted wrong, no lid no emblem on it. And they don't get back to me about where I can send this thing back. I would never order anything from them again neither will the people I talk to.

Says 7 to seven to 12 days ship out your order no I've ordered it 3 1/2 four weeks ago almost almost 4 weeks ago and still nothing still saying being processed I think I just got ripped off I ordered the whiskey bottle Alabama whiskey bottle with the crown top and of course you try to call the number it won't even ring I've emailed them no response Will never do business with them again….

I ordered the Alabama Crimson Tide Whiskey bottle 12 days ago and after using tracking it states my order was still "processing." After sending an email and calling the number that the company provided several times but receiving no answer and not being able to leave a message. I'm still not informed about the status of my order.
I'm starting to become concerned that this is a scam online business.
I sincerely hope not because my order wasn't inexpensive.

Very small bottle cheaply made! For the price is is a total ripoff. I bought the IU bottle and not only was it cheap, but the crown was a cheap plastic and not the Royal Crown like advertised.

I fault myself for not looking up the company's reputation before buying four of the Beholder whiskey glasses. Rather than a mouth engraved on the bottle as displayed, there was a cheap sticker. Rather than a replica of the unique whiskey bottle caps, there was a cheap one of the same color, but not the same. Definitely false advertising. I'd avoid purchasing from this company.

The product was not as advertised. It was also defective. I have tried 5 times to reach out to customer service, which NO ONE HAS RESPONDED!
I have tried to call the phone number given, which no one has ever answered. I had the same problem as the other person that wrote a review. They advertised a whiskey bottloe with the Redwings 100th aniversery logo which appeared to be a full size crown royal bottle with the wingwd wheel an 100 for their centennial on it. It was a cheap little bottle.

Like others, I saw a photo (later realized AI generated) of a Steelers 50th Anniversary of the Terrible Towel whiskey bottle. Advertisement leads one to believe it's a decanter. Ordered it in July. Nearly three months later, it finally shows up and not designed as the photo looks, makes no reference to the 50th anniversary of the towel, and even came with a different stopper than what I had ordered. The final nail was it's about the size of a flask.

Still will have it in my home bar. But buyer beware what you are ordering as they are "custom made" when ordered, and made in the Far East.

Is it possible to give less then a star? Bait and switch. Ordered a whiskey bottle that came in 3 months late that looks nothing like the photo. Cheap, horrible, waste of money.

They are scam artists!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I had to file a complaint with the FTC and my credit card company to get my money back. I ordered a 3D product and they sent me a plastic bottle with sticker on it 2 months later!

First, This website is not about local brand hoodies at all. They use fake AI photos of whiskey bottles to trick customers. I ordered Pokemon Whiskey Bottle and received a completely different, cheap bottle that looked nothing like the pictures. The product is useless and not what was advertised..

Terrible Experience..
I ordered the Mascot Advent Calendar and never received my package. I tried contacting this website several times but they never responded to my messages. The customer service is completely nonexistent, and I feel like I was scammed. Stay away...

Bought 2 AC/DC 2025 aussie tour shirts they look nothing like the picture $50 Australia dollars plus international tax each made in Vietnam nothing but crap avoid this company

Product took to long to get a tracking number. I was told that I would receive a tracking number in 3-5 business days. I got one in 4 weeks after I e-mailed several times. Also, product DID NOT look anything like the picture. It was a cheap glass bottle with a cheap decal sticker on the front and around the top and a cheap plastic top. Highly don’t recommend! This all started on July 17 didn’t get my order until September 1st.

I ordered what looked to be a very cool Buffalo Bills anniversary whisky decanter for my BF's birthday. Under the product photo, it said 'order today, ships in 3 to 6 days, receive by [a date]- perfect!' Ordered. My daughter bought a high-end whiskey to fill the decanter, which still sits on our counter because we were giving it to him as a gift together. I emailed the company, and they responded promptly, explaining the steps involved. It is custom-made (apparently no supply in stock and just made to order) Ok, I will wait. Now I am 18 days out, and my daughter keeps asking, 'When is your gift coming? I feel bad that I haven't given him anything.' I emailed again. I received a short, snarky answer, making me feel like I was being annoying and difficult simply by asking when I could expect shipment. I am not sure this site is legitimate, and the "business" is certainly not customer-friendly. I was told, " if you agree to wait, we will contact you soon". Well, clearly, your soon and my soon are not the same. Your site should specify that custom-made orders will delay shipping. When you are told 2-3 weeks and you are a few days from that 3-week mark, it is not unreasonable to ask where we are in production and when you can expect it to be shipped. *Customer lost!
