Excellent personal service. Gave me a good price on a 1.5 years old (hardly used) Windows 11 all in one desktop PC to replace my old, noisy machine. After cloning data across to the newer PC, installed it at my home. Support in case of problems is a phone call away.

My laptop browser kept being diverted to Yahoo, with suspicious pop-ups saying my computer was at risk, and that I needed to purchase the advertised products. Urmash spent some time trying to find where the problem was stemming from. It was identified as a browser hijacker. He did a thorough check and fixed the problem!
I would highly recommend Urmash and this company.

This PC repair shop is great. I received a phone call not long after doing the online request and Urmash the PC guy was very friendly. Told me the rates and everything, came to my home and did the job with no problems.

I will be using them again in the future if I need any PC help and will be passing on their info to anyone who needs help.

I am incredibly impressed with the service I received! I submitted my request on Friday, and they responded almost immediately. By Saturday morning, a technician came all the way to my house to collect the laptop and got straight to work. I really appreciate the effort and dedication, especially considering it was the weekend. It’s clear they take their work seriously and prioritise their customers’ needs.
