Fantastic company, amazing pet care company! All the staff are extremely polite, professional to the highest standard! Knowing that they always have ongoing training and support make this company unique, never seen another company have this kind of excellence. Would highly recommend! 😁

Head office need to keep an eye on franchise owners. The overall experience hasn’t been good. Sadly as others will recognise we’re at the mercy of dog boarders when we want to away and want the best second home for our pups. After several second and third chances feel I need to leave a review. Enquiries and messages take forever get responded to, the first home my dog got paired with was not suitable. Provided a few dates across the year that I needed cover for and was just given a nope, sorry can’t have your dog…! I thought this was a boarding service! Will be going to another agency or private boarder.

I wrote a letter of complaint to the Directors of this company on 8th January about treatment I had received by one of their franchisees. I know this letter was received as I have proof that it was signed for. Not having heard anything from them I followed it up a month later with an e-mail to the email address on their website. Not only have I never had a reply, they have not even had the courtesy to even acknowledge my complaint. My complaint was about the employment practices used by this particular franchisee, presumably backed up by Head Office. I had tendered my resignation, having been offered another job elsewhere- not in another dog walking company. Despite being on a zero hours contract with no obligations, I offered to honour my obligations for the next week. The response to this was not only to refuse my offer but to try to sack me on the grounds of gross misconduct without any shred of evidence whatsoever that I had done anything wrong. I assume that this was so they did not have to pay me for an extra week and I have since learned that some clients did not have their dogs walked the following week with the company claiming that they had been "let down" by the walker. If I had not had another job to go to I would have taken great satisfaction in taking them to an employment tribunal as they would have been laughed out of court. In summary, whilst this company may be quite good at looking after pets, if you are looking for a job with a company that respects their employees and abides by employment law, then you would do better to look elsewhere.

What can I say amazing! Really get our moneys worth. Our fox red lab is like another dog. She absolutely loves her dog walkers and is so chilled when she gets home. Thank goodness for we love pets. Worth every penny!!! Thank you so much from the Dowling’s xxxx

Very dissappointed is an understatment. I was very excited to have found a boarder who I thought would be relable and trustworthy with our 2 year old cockapoo. However with just over 1 week before we were due to go away they changed what we agreed and couldn't meet our requirments, but stil kept our money and didnt provide us with a service!

Thanks to We Love Pets I was able to leave my rabbit and tree frogs at home in their usual environment while away for three weeks. They were well taken care of and I received regular updates letting me know how they were getting on.

Fabulous company . Wouldn’t trust my boys with anyone else. Really knowledgeable staff . My boys are big lads and they know just how to handle them. Always available even at short notice. Very caring staff. Always get fab pics and updates after every walk . Highly recommended.

I use We Love Pets - Swindon and they are amazing and I would highly recommend.

I have a dog that doesn't like other dogs but the team in Swindon manage him so well and have no issues. I have been using We love Pets services for many years and over this time I actually think Pedro is behaving better around other dogs which is great.

Andrew and his team are very flexible as quite often I may need to call to add an extra walk and they can always help. I also receive beautiful pictures of Pedro when he is out on his walk and you can always tell he is enjoying himself.

Sent a general enquiry e-mail (Sherborne) got an automated reply but nothing further. Waited a week, sent a 2nd email. Got an automated reply and nothing for 2 weeks from either. Gave up

Lucy has looked after our rescue cat, Albie twice now because we've been so pleased with her. She spends the time to give cuddles and play and even bought him a new toy that he loves! Will always recommend the service. Lucy also was able to change with our plans last minute, which was greatly appreciated.

Danielle at we love pets has been walking my dog every week for a couple of months now . She is a real treasure my dog loves her . She is very professional very caring an all round lovely lady I would highly recommend her and we love pets so pleases ifound them .

I live in Blackburn and I used this shocking services for only a month, I have three dogs, one very nervous. After her robbing me of 26 pound an hour ( which was always under 45 minutes) around half a football field on a lead after I told her plenty of times to take it off, also she turned up in a peuogot 206 with no dog harnesses for three dogs and openly told me that Alfie ( one of the dogs) jumps into the front whilst driving, which is highly dangerous!!!The service provided should be suspended due to the incompetence of the business.
Im currently in contact with a solicitor for negligence to the dogs.

I strongly strongly recommend nobody to use this disgusting service , stay well clear of these thief’s !!!

Kelly from the Romford branch was fantastic with my anxious puppy and helped her overcome some behavioral issues, walked puppy every day for about 2 months before I moved to a new area. She understood dog behaviour and my puppy responded very well & was always excited and happy when she arrived for each session.

Simon from Brightlingsea branch advised he could help my puppy overcome road traffic fear as she was scared of the main road. I advised him to take puppy to an area away from the main road and go by car. On the first session he brought his own dog to walk them together which was fair (some dogs model behaviour from others) however on his return he advised he didn't go by car, instead he made puppy walk along a main road into side streets to the recreational green which is an obvious no no & he mentioned my dog clearly displayed fear. On the second session he arrived by car however brought puppy back 45 minutes later (not a full hour). Puppy came in with her tail between her legs which is not a good sign and I lost faith by this time and, decided to cancel future walks and seek a qualified behaviorist instead.

The overall experience is bittersweet.

Have tried calling the Wimbledon branch via the mobile number on the website 4 times over the last 3 days, and sent a text message requesting a call back. Nobody has made any attempt to contact me. In that time two other daycares replied within minutes of the first call, one wasn't able to accommodate more dogs but offered several recommendations (none of which include We Love Pets), and the second to reply took the time for a 30min discussion immediately, came back the next day with availability, and I'm meeting them tomorrow. You have a chance with the first interaction to make an impression on reliability and caring about customers, and my impression was unreliable and no regard for urgency of the customer's needs.

Very disappointed, very little communication. I got told they would accommodate my 2 dogs. I rang them with the dates and times I needed. They said they would contact me back. Which they never did. So know with such short notice I’m left with no dog Walker. But they took my service last year and I payed a lot of money. And still have my house key.

Tracey provided an excellent service for my cat, Rosie, while I was away. It's by far the best option for Rosie to stay in her home and be cared for. She was noticeably happier than when she's been in a cattery (and it was much less expensive). Tracey left everything in a really clean state, gave me updates during the week and took very good care of Rosie. Highly recommended.

COLCHESTER WE LOVE PETS

I have an anxious German Shepherd who we adore. I work full time and so I was delighted by chance to bump into Molly and Leah whilst out with Lexi. The warmth and professionalism of both impressed me immediately and I now use them x3 weekly. Lexi looks excited and happy to go out,mainly with Simon which is a great comfort to me Their contact with me is regular and informative. A fabulous service - and Lexi and I are very fussy! Well done guys! Highly recommend!

Cara is amazing when grooming my Cocker spaniel Alfie, she always gets in touch to make sure how I would like him groomed.

The collection service is perfect for me as a busy working mum its hard to fit time in to take Alfie myself. I highly recommend the service from beginning to end.

I'm also very happy with the walking service Jo always fits Alfie in to the times I require.
