I purchased a couple off bits from them…
I purchased a couple off bits from them and waited for confirmation of delivery but nothing came, I contacted them and asked where my order was but still no reply from them, I then got confirmation of delivery, seems to me if I had not contacoyhem I would not got my order.

Having a personalised mug made for my children, whose names are not available in other shops, adds to that special touch.
