I would NOT recommend this company at all! Horrible horrible goods and such rude customer service I am amazed how are they even running. Got a bed delivered that looks nothing like their photos. So flimsy and cheap quality and when asked about it they completely ignored and denied EVERYTHING ! STEER CLEAR !

I placed a order for a divan storage bed with special requirements and a 2k pocket mattress receieved items on time with assembly service was 100% what i wanted and matress was very comfortable, great service and quality would definatly recommend.

I strongly advise caution when ordering from Wemakebeds.
My experience has been a catalogue of broken promises and poor quality.

​Delivery & Communication: After the 15-day window passed, my calls went unanswered. I only received responses via text, which resulted in multiple missed delivery slots, including a bizarre 9:00 PM Sunday notification.

​Product Quality: When the bed finally arrived, it was delivered damaged and incomplete (missing the footboard). Due to the poor condition and missing parts, I exercised my legal right to reject the goods at the doorstep. I have doorbell footage of the couriers loading the rejected items back onto the van.

​The "Bespoke" Trap: The company attempts to hide behind a "bespoke/non-refundable" policy in their small print to avoid their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please note that selecting standard options from a drop-down menu does not make an item bespoke, and a "non-refundable" policy is legally void when the item delivered is damaged or not as described.

​Post-Sale Support: Since the rejection, the company has been unresponsive, forcing me to involve my finance provider and bank to recover my funds for an item they have back in their possession.

​Save yourself the stress and the financial headache—shop elsewhere.

Since writing this review, Wemakebeds has actioned a refund and cancelled the order. They asked me to remove the review and they would compensate me to do so. The review stands. I'll take no monetary offer if my review helps people to make a justified decision to order from this company.

With regards to the non refundable part of my review, it clearly states in their ts and cs and I quote "All bed are bespoke are non refundable." Apparently this only applies to SOME beds and not ALL as stated in their ts and cs.

I told Wemakebeds I will only edit my review to say my issue has been resolved, finally, and that I will not remove my review for personal monetary gain.

Wemakebeds say I should have emailed to chase a refund, however, the mobile number found on their very own homepage is the way I have been in contact with them, when they choose to reply. If I needed to email, they should have clarified this during our conversation over text message. Instead, they choose to ignore the messages.

If you require a refund, do not hesitate to contact your bank, finance company or other method of payment. You are entitled to a refund, backed by UK laws if the bed is not as advertised, damaged or incomplete.

If you are unfortunate enough to deal with this company, I wish you luck.

Go elsewhere.

Excellent service from we make beds fron start to finish the bed was put together well and i even clicked wrong payment method and they were still able to put me in the right path and trusy me to do a payment plan bed quality and material very good and matress is very comfortable deffo recommended

I am very happy with the wingback bed I purchased they delivered in the time frame given they forgot to deliver the wings for the bedhead however this was quickly rectified and attached to my bed. The two men who assembled the bed were professional.The bed is of supreme quality and worth every penny I spent If you want a superior quality bed I would recommend you buy from we make beds company.

I only give 4 stars because the manual could be more detailed about how to set up the bed itself. We needed to watch a you tube video to figure it out. The bed has tiny cut but it’s inside and covered by another part now so you won’t know. Other than that the bed is amazing! I am so happy with the quality and the colour. The hybrid mattress is amazingly comfy! Very happy with my Cloud Plush Bouclé bed in truffle colour!

I’ve had an Amazing experience of purchasing a bed for myself and my kids.the collection of beds they had was soo huge and upon receiving the bed I was so happy with the build quality. The customers service was amazing 10/10.i would highly recommend them.

Very helpfull company and an easy web site to order from kept me informed all the way from order to delivery, would definitely use again. Very pleased with the quality aswell.

Poor quality and such horrible customer service. Like they were so rude when we spoke to them about a bed that got delivered. So wobbly the entire headboard was moving. They literally hung up on me and are not replying to any of my messages!

I had my bed delivered last week from them and the quality is ATROCIOUS ! I paid so much money for it and it looks just nothing like how I had imagined it to be. The design is so different there is no thickness or padding to the bed. I feel so sorry for myself for falling into this trap!

Only thing delivery was late at night but was courier company fault & the bed was worth the wait late at night 🤍 also arrived 15 working days after ordering so was within time stated. Would buy again from this company!

Bought a boucle bed. Impressive for the price. Was delivered in time and the quality is really good. Can’t fault the company at all.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Bed is a gorgeous colour and material, exactly as advertised. Good solid base and headboard with ample storage. HOWEVER, we have a serious issue with the mechanism that holds the tv, it isn’t straight or stable, and isn’t connected properly in the inaccessible footboard, so we have a very wonky/wobbly tv. We have to manually lift the lid, and then hold the tele as it lifts and lay on the bed very carefully, and lay diagonally so it doesn’t look so wonky. The storage boxes installed in the ottoman block the hole to allow power, so we’ve had to buy a hole saw to create our own hole in the storage box. The two bed base panels aren’t level, and there’s no protection on the tv stand so has torn the material on the lid of the footboard. Lots of screws are also in very wonky and only half in. Shoddy quality all over, but the fabric is nice I guess. (Really trying to find a positive here) I didn’t want them to return and fix the “motor issue” which was the response I kept getting, as the men who delivered the bed spoke zero English, which made me feel quite uncomfortable in my home, but they also left an overwhelming scent of weed in my home which isn’t ideal with 4 sen children in the house! It lingered for hours! I finally pressured the guy on WhatsApp to a partial refund which he basically bribed me with for a good review which I’m now editing so nobody else has to suffer as we have! I would much rather spend twice as much ANYWHERE else. Don’t waste your time. It came a day late, after lots of pestering for a delivery date and getting ignored (they couldn’t reply any quicker when asking questions BEFORE ordering but I suppose once they had my money they didn’t care) it also arrived at the billing address, NOT the delivery address. I really don’t see how this company has so many good reviews, unless they’ve all been bought off like he tried to with me! Shocking service, shocking manufacturing, don’t waste your money!!
I did receive £400 refund, which was conditional on a positive review (which might I add is ILLEGAL) but that means I’ve still paid around £800 for a bed that isn’t worth half that!!
