We're already looking for a tech to take a look at it, not sure when we'll be able to fix the problem.[...]"

I gave you 4 stars because I am happy I…

I gave you 4 stars because I am happy I didn't make another mistake. The screen quality is very good so the pictures are sharp and that's what matter to me the most. The installation instructions were ok but I am not a handyman so I struggled for a while and I finally I installed the frame on the wall first and then put the screen on. Overall I have been satisfied since I bought it two weeks ago.

After a few days, Wemax helped with my issue.

After my screen was delivered with a damaged box, I decided to send it back unopened. I'm currently working with them now on that, and they have been very understanding.

Love my projection screen!

Arrived promptly. For assembly, everything that I needed to assemble was provided (minus a drill). This really made it easy to step through and assemble and mount the projection screen. Great job.

Overall pretty happy

Overall pretty happy. The self rising screen has some slop to it on the bottom edges causing some waving in the picture but it’s not to noticeable.

the customer service was very poor and…

the customer service was very poor and late in responding and when i try cancelling the order the canceling does not work in the site, all i have to talk to Klarna payment to initiate the cancellation and refund process. but unfortunately the product delievered at home and when i try returning without even bring in home, all i have to pay the Return cost which is not acceptable. i stated the conversation on refund and cancellation before the shippment.

Wemax won't deliver my projector…

I never recieved my Wemax Nova SE 4K UHD ALPD UST Laser Projector. It was scheduled to arrive on Oct 15 and and it never arrived. I contacted Wemax and they said they would resolve it in 48 hours. More than a week later and they said they are looking into it and will resolve it in 48 hours. No help at all. They told me to track it. I obviously had done that already. FedEx had lost it and a week after I contacted FedEx they all of sudden changed the status from out for delivery to delivered a week ago with no signature. Wemax is not helpful at all and won't answer the phone and emails are replied to after about 12 hours with a canned answer.
