Victor was amazing! I needed help claiming my coins and he was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! He sent me a step by step video and even answered questions regarding transferring coins from one wallet to another. I was able to claim my coins with no problem. Thank you Victor I appreciate it so much!

This is a disgrace of a company. Just a smoking glass for scams located in Estonia.
They stole 250 eur from me. Customer support refused to return anything. It’s funny they say they are not responsible for transactions done thru their site like in the case of fiver. Wert is a house for scammers.
I wish this company to go bankrupt and please to the community manager: don’t reply now to me with a support e-mail please. That route does not work and you know it. You did not help me. You stole my money.
Hope you can sleep at night.

All of my transactions went smoothly, no problems. Unfortunately, my wallet was compromised because of a mistake I made, but the team was super helpful. I had purchased some tokens that weren't released yet, so changing the wallet address is a complicated thing, but they were able to do it. I didn't even know it was possible, but they went above and beyond what I usually experienced in the past with other online companies, especially where they had nothing to gain financially or otherwise from it. I think most of the people here with negative reviews are because of their own mistakes. It's always easy to blame someone when in reality you have to blame yourself. This is just my own opinion based on reading the reviews here.

Hello Wert,
on the 7th of July I went to pretty little things website to create a marketplace account in order to sell some items. During the setting up process I had a prompt to go through a verification process with my bank card. I was told an amount of £150 would be taken as a test amount to ensure identity. I went through the process and the £150 was deducted and then i was asked to verify a £200 test which rung alarm bells. I checked by bank account and saw money had been taken by wert.io I immediately realized that somehow your company had intercepted Pretty little thing website and scammed me.
I contacted my bank who refunded my money after i sent them screenshots of the entire online process.
Your company has had the audacity and sent my bank a dispute claiming I bought $199 of cryptocurrency which is an utter and blatant lie. I have never heard of your company and have never ever bought cryptocurrency from you or anyone.
upon coming here I see dozens and dozens of people have gone through the same scam. Your company has stolen peoples money through various companies and you should be ashamed of your lack of morality.
I will be contacting the police to file a report both locally and through interpol as I am utterly shocked and disgusted as to how you were able to intercept the web pages of Pretty little thing.
I am currently going back and forth with my back on this issue that you have caused and it is causing me grieve and stress.
I need you to respond and sort this mess out immediately

It feels like a safe platform to use, I use it to receive crypto currency from people who want to pay using fiat currency and it works smoothly and their customer service is great.
Other people getting annoyed with Wert for getting scammed feels like people getting annoyed at Nike because street sellers hawk Nike fakes. Nothing to do with them.

Just got scammed from some group called WERT whose posing as Wert and as the posed as Esty and Poshmark. $289.00 When I figured something was all the way off it was too late. The bank also denied the dispute. Revolut was the mobile bank. This whole thing sticks. They have all my info because I’m really thinking it was Esty and Poshmark customer service.

I got scammed soon after opening an ETSY seller account. Good that I noticed on time that this was a scam not Etsy, I gave my card details but luckily did not confirm the transaction. Had to close my card. Be careful

Hello Wert,
A scammer used the name Wert to steal money from my account, pretending to be a buyer on Etsy. Below is a full description of the incident.
Yesterday, I created an account on Etsy, and within just a few moments, I was scammed. I received a message from a "buyer" claiming they couldn’t complete the payment. I thought maybe I hadn’t properly finished the bank verification process.
In the chat window, a "support" agent appeared who started asking questions about my bank account details. I received a few SMS codes and was also asked about my account balance — things that could be considered part of a standard verification process.
On the Etsy site, my product was listed as sold — it all looked very convincing, so I suspect that either the Etsy interface was somehow manipulated or it was a fake version.
When I logged into my bank, a payment confirmation request appeared — I was convinced it was a payment being sent to me, not from me. When I realized what had happened, I immediately called my bank and blocked my card. Around 200 euros were stolen from me.
I don’t believe I’ll get that money back, although the bank employee assured me they would try to do something.
The worst part is that on the same day, there were four more attempts to scam me — using the exact same method.
I don’t understand how it’s possible that my shop statistics show income (an amount supposedly paid by a “customer”), even though no item was actually sold. On top of that, I received urgent, pressuring emails from the "buyer" claiming they "couldn't pay."
I wanted to start selling on Etsy, but now I’m simply afraid of the platform.
Why can the sales statistics be manipulated? And how is it possible that scammers can so easily impersonate buyers?
Finally, I want to add that the chat through which the hacker manipulated me was part of the Etsy interface — it looked exactly like an official tool of the platform.
How is it possible that scammers have such deep access to Etsy’s tools that they can impersonate official support and create such a convincing scenario?
This seems like a serious security breach affecting users, and a huge blow to the platform’s trustworthiness. If hackers can operate with impunity within what appears to be the official site interface, how many more new sellers will fall victim to their schemes?

Just got scammed out of 214.00 on ETSY.com. Reading the reviews here can see that other people had the same experience. Shame on Etsy. Big SHAME. I have NEVER been scammed on Amazon. Etsy should have done much better job protecting their customers and sellers. Never again, huge disappointment.

So looks like scammers are now posing as Etsy chat bots. Just got s ammed out of 826.00. Let Etsy know and they're investigating, I've also let my bank know. So hopefully something good happens but I really don't think im getting my money back. There goes my rent and grocery money. Honestly I feel like I should have known better.

This company SCAMMED me out of $700!!!! I'm in talks with my bank now, but it isn't looking like I will get that back. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!! I hope you feel good scamming an old lady out of her mortgage payment!!!

Today your company robbed me of 800 euros.
I am a mother of two children and this money was on mortgage and fees. I have reported everything to the police and believe me I will not stand for this. You have robbed a decent and honest working mother and I will defend myself. It's a disgusting scam you're pulling.

Even though I was not able to make a transaction because of payment to a third part, James from support was helpful in resolving termination issues.
