EST Appointment- Chloe Maher
I cannot thank Chloe Maher enough for her advice and support. Had several 'unpleasant ' encounters with Teacher Pension themselves and Chloe was able to simply go through my RSS letter step by step without any judgement. Whole pension process in unbelievably complicated and stressful, Chloe has allowed me to complete form so I can now enjoy 'retirement ' Thank you!
Professional and friendly service
Chloe was friendly, patient, helpful and professional. She responded well to my questions without making me feel silly for asking them. She explained things very clearly and has already given me food for thought and the option to discuss in more detail in October. Thank you Chloe.

What an excellent experience dealing…
What an excellent experience dealing with Nadine Nelson as my mortgage advisor. Her patience & tolerance of me asking various questions that I did not understand. Nadine’s professionalism & vast Knowledge as a mortgage advisor is awsome.
She gained my trust in our first meeting as she thoroughly asked questions about my circumstances & remembered them as our conversations progressed.
I have no reservations on referring Nadine to my colleague friends & family for financial advise in the future.

First time buyer mortgage application
As a first time buyer I had no experience with applying for a mortgage but Ifty Bhatti as my mortgage advisor was extremely helpful, communicative and led to a quick, painless application.
Very good
Wesleyan wrote in advance which was helpful. Andrew was informative and very helpful. The timing was good just before my birthday. All good
Tom Kearns
Tom Kearns made my Wesleyan Annual Financial Review process both easy and informative. It was also helpful to deal with the same Financial Advisor as last year, as he was able to reference some of our previous discussions.
Once again, Tom went over my current investments and savings with Wesleyan and Nationwide, and was able to answer and advise on any questions that I had. Another 5 star rating.

Wonderful service
Scott Wilson has been my FA at Wesleyan for the past few years. He has supported me with everything from mortgages and home insurance to pensions and savings. He has been flexible with appointments around my family circumstances for which I am so grateful.
I have always found the organisation and reliability of the Wesleyan team to be of a very high standard. They are my go to for all finance related issues. Would highly recommend.
Knowledgeable and reliable
I had a letter from Andy Shaw telling me that he would be in touch to discuss my investments, so I was prepared. He was very understanding when I couldn't speak to him when he rang but we agreed a day and time to catch up. Andy was punctual, helpful and most of all knowledgeable and made me feel very much at ease. I didn't feel under any pressure to change anything. Andy even had time to explain inheritance tax to me, this wasn't on our agenda! I have always had excellent service from Wesleyan staff and I can highly recommend the company and Andy Shaw .

Our mortgage advisor was excellent
Our mortgage advisor, Ranveer Khatkar, was excellent. We don't have a lot of experience with the mortgage process and our circumstances were a little unusual but Ranveer provided excellent advice throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and helpful.
Trust is important for any kind of financial advice and I found Ranveer's approach to her work and clarity of her information provided a great deal of reassurance in what can be a confusing process.

Lakhwinder was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and worked very hard to get a good car insurance quote for me.
